  • Ice Lance base damage increased by 20%.
  • Frostbolt base damage increased by 20%.
  • Deep Freeze base damage increased by 20%.
  • Early Frost now reduces the cast time of Frostbolt by 0.35/0.7 secs, up from 0.25/0.5 secs.

  • Enlightened Judgements now also Increases the range of your Judgement by 5/10 yards.
  • Divinity is gone, moved to Protection

  • Train of Thought (Tier 5) *New* - You have a 50/100% chance when heal with Greater Heal to reduce the cooldown of your Inner Focus by 5 sec. You have a 50/100% chance when you Smite to reduce the cooldown of your Penance by 1 sec.

Holy
  • Greater Heal now costs 29% of base mana, down from 32% of base mana.
  • Revelations - Holy Word: Sanctuary (Prayer of Healing) effect now lasts 18 sec, up from 15 sec.
  • Blessed Resilience is now a Tier 6 talent, up from Tier 5.
  • Surge of Light is now a Tier 2 talent, down from Tier 3.
  • Trinity is gone.
  • Tome of Light (Tier 4) *New* - Reduces the cooldown of your Holy Word spells by 15/30%.

  • Feral Spirit now lasts 30 sec, down from 45 sec. Cooldown changed to 2 min, down from 3 min.

Restoration

Warlock (Forums / 3.3.5 Talent Calculator / Cataclysm Talent Calculator / Beta Skills/Talents)
Affliction
  • Bane of Doom now deals damage every 15 sec, down from 30 sec. Now has a 20% chance to summon a Demon guardian, down from 25%. Only one target can have Bane of Doom at a time, only one Bane per Warlock can be active on any one target.
  • Drain Life now restores 2% total health, down from 5%.
  • Everlasting Affliction now increases the critical effect chance of your Corruption, Seed of Corruption and Unstable Affliction by 10%. (Up from 2%)
  • Soul Swap now costs 18% of base mana, up from 6% of base mana.

Demonology
  • Ritual of Souls now costs 27% of base mana, down from 80% of base mana.
  • Hand of Gul'dan now has a 2 sec cast time, down from 3 sec.
  • Impending Doom no longer reduces the cooldown of the Bane of Doom damage effect, now Increases the chance for your Bane of Doom to summon a demon by 10/20/30% when it deals damage.

Destruction
  • Shadowfury base damage has been increased by 235%. (Don't get too excited, it wasn't scaled to Cataclysm yet)
  • Burning Embers - The Burning Ember effect deals up to [ 0.071%/0.143% of Spell Power + 23.921 ] fire damage every 1 sec for 7 sec.
  • Soul Leech now restores 2/4% of your total health and mana, down from 5/10%.

Pets

Warrior (Forums / 3.3.5 Talent Calculator / Cataclysm Talent Calculator / Beta Skills/Talents)
Arms

Fury
  • Pummel is now usable in Battle and Berserker Stance. (Old - Just Berserker)
  • Enrage now has a 3/6/9% chance to proc, down from 4/8/12%.
  • Battle Trance now affects your next special attack that costs more than 5 rage.

Protection
  • Defensive Stance now increases threat generated by 100%, up from 45%.
  • Thunderstruck now also increases the damage of Rend.
  • Incite - These guaranteed criticals cannot re-trigger the Incite effect. (Tooltip clarification)

    Well, you have to admit 20% is pretty absurd if you think about it. Even the current 10% is really good.

Hunters are ranking top of meters with Locks... the remaining caster classes doign 7-8k.. sometimes up wards of 10k...

    I'm actually really glad that WF effects got nerfed. Putting so much stock into a single buff quite frankly sucks. WF on live is already like that. losing WF is a difference of 1.5k dps on the spreadsheet...there is no other buff that accounts for such a large dps increase (most make a difference of maybe 500 dps).

    Really glad the devs did that. Everything will get evened out in the end so we'll do the same damage as if we had that other 10%, but now I won't go from 1st to 7th on the meter just because our enhancement shaman decided to take a night off.

    And again they nerf the deathknights...now its frost that looses 10% haste. if you specc frost dps you go for as much haste as you can, thats the purpose of frost DW speccing and now they nerf it. way to go blizzard.

    That may be, but it is more absurd to have a frost DK give the exact same buff as a resto shaman. If you have two shamans in the raid there's absolutely no reason to take a frost DK, one will just put down Wrath of Air and the other Windfury (regardless of their spec) and you have the best haste buffs you can get. The one reason it was worth speccing frost over unholy is gone! GG Blizz, nerf DK's to the ground why don't you?

    aimed shot nerf? pretty pointless, its already kind of weak for 50 focus ability ~~
    and why in the name of god they would first nerf kill command from 51% to 21% to then buff it again to 63% (yes i know hunter himself gets 10% ap nerf and basic attacks get huge pretty pointless nerf aswell)Only thing it will cause is KC being WAY too strong.

    and finally pummel in battle stance <3 pity that wars overall are punchbags and will be until gc doesnt fix rage generation which he screwed up yet again.

    also druid change ftw, they should also remove root and slow removal on changing for for ferals. It was needed back in vanilla when ferals had no dmg or slow. But now they have distance closer, stun AND slow to keep up with their enemies. Cant see a reason why they should be able to remove all roots and slows and at the same time get their whole enrgy back thx to furor. It's like warrior being able to remove roots and slows on every stance change.... Hell he would even pay for it more as he cant keep 100 rage on stance change unlike druid with energy.
