Cataclysm Beta - Build 13189 (Codename Kitten)
Apparently, Cataclysm Beta Build 13183 will never reach the beta servers and has been replaced with 13189. this build has a few extra changes. And yeah, I'm in the mood for another stupid codename.

  • Healing Touch now costs 30% of base mana, down from 38% of base mana.

  • Speed of Light has been revamped to only affect Holy Radiance - Speed of Light - Grants 1/2/3% spell haste and reduces the cooldown of Holy Radiance by 30 sec. Casting Holy Radiance increases your movement speed by 20/40/60% for 4 sec. /
  • Clarity of Purpose now reduces cast time by 0.3 sec at Rank 2, down from 0.35 sec.

Retribution
  • Zealotry now requires 3 Holy Power to use, but does not consume Holy Power.

Holy
  • Chakra now has a 30 sec cooldown, down from 1 min.

  • Hex now has a 30 yards range, up from 20 yards.

Glyphs
  • Windfury Weapon - Increases the chance per swing for Windfury Weapon to trigger by 2%.

Warrior (Forums / 3.3.5 Talent Calculator / Cataclysm Talent Calculator / Beta Skills/Talents)
Fury
  • Intimidating Shout now causes the the targeted enemy to cower in fear and up to 5 additional enemies within 8 yards to flee. (Old - causing up to 5 enemies within 8 yards to cower in fear.)

    They are not merge. It's just a new patch being implemented.

    Finally they nerf those op holy paladins. Worst beta heroic healer, I guess raids will fix it. tm

    Looks like a few Holy Paladin nerfs. Clarity of Purpose isn't THAT big, being only a .05 sec nerf (But lol at requires shadowform). The change that's really big is the Speed of Light.

    It went from:

    "Casting Holy Shock grants 10/20/30% spell haste for your next Flash of Light, Holy Light or Divine Light, and casting Holy Radiance grants you 20/40/60% movement speed for 4 sec. Also lowers the cooldown on Holy Radiance by 10/20/30 sec at all times."

    to:

    "Grants 1/2/3% spell haste and reduces the cooldown of Holy Radiance by 30 sec. Casting Holy Radiance increases your movement speed by 20/40/60% for 4 sec."

    They basically gave us a 3% passive spell haste instead of (The much better, I think) 30% spell haste every 6 seconds for your most used heals.

    And they said they didn't want boring talents. =_=;;

    Would like to know if that means the other build was scrapped, because I sorta want that Aimed Shot buff that hunters so desperately need that was in the build that will 'never reach the beta servers.' Bah.
