  • Ferocious Bite now scales from 32.7% of AP with 3 combo points, up from 23.27%. (Tooltip fix)
  • Savage Defense now only procs from non-periodic critical strikes.

Restoration
  • Nature's Swiftness now increases the amount healed by 50% if the spell is a healing spell.

Balance
  • Cyclone now lasts 6 sec, up from 5 sec.
  • Starfall - Shapeshifting into an animal form or mounting cancels the effect. Any effect which causes you to lose control of your character will suppress the starfall effect.
  • Starlight Wrath now Reduces the cast time of your Wrath and Starfire spells by 0.15/0.25 sec, up from 0.1/0.2 sec.

    The previous implementation definitely was retroactive, this new one, not so sure, depends on how they code it. If they pull the data from Different foods eaten/Different beverages consumed, then yes, it will be retroactive. However, that may mean a larger coding effort, and since that stuff still is current content, they simply might not bother.

    It's day 32 now in Rift.

    And the problem is class balance, not content... but now that you mention it, the content is lackluster for both PvE and PvP.

    My statement stands. Somewhat stronger now that you really are just fishing for anything. [s]And, as nitpicky not-that-stupid I am, I feel I should say something. Content patches affects classes, like every single mmo in the past...forever, actually. Right out of text based mmos that used to charge you for the hour. Couldn't be a bigger miscalculation if you tried. Which it seems you have, if only to justify not sounding like idjit.[s] not the point.

    On one hand you have a game that's budding that's only been out for 30 days at most(including the pre-release time which started on the 25th, 22 days including only time past the official day, which was the fourth), and on the other hand you have an aging game that's been out for 6 years. No matter what game, you're going to go with the one which causes you to bitch more at the other.

    I was merely pointing out how 'nice' that is.

    But, like I said. Your money, your sense of entitlement. Me and the rest of the world going to turn some more.

    Funny thing is, they nerfed feral and balance druids hardcore when there were barely any at high ratings to begin with whereas there actually are a lot of mages up there and have been for 8 seasons now.

    Is there any word on a fix for the "of [City Name]" mounts that cost 500g and 5 Seals from the main city faction reps being avail to race change people? Long before Cata I had done all the Tourney Achievements except the battered hilt. Now that I am working on the mounts I am close to being done and went to buy the gold mounts and to start grinding seals for the seal only mounts but found that not one of the vendors had the mounts listed. I would understand maybe not seeing my old city due to losing its faction [even though I had gotten that back up to exalted a.s.a.p.] but not all the rest.

    About the warrior nerfs for people who didn't see this before.

    Basically what blizzard did is, they were buffing us for the colossus smash nerf(I also thought it was to help us be better sustained dps then burst. I was wrong) So what they did is, since they decided to code colossus smash differently, they decided "Hey we dont need to buff them anymore" And they took away all the buffs in favor of this pvp fix

    Miss the part where we get 0.05 sec off wrath and starfire cast times? It should make up for it (haven't run the sims yet so don't know exactly), as well as being a pvp buff in part (lower cast time means faster eclipses and less chance of being interrupted). Besides, the 1 sec on cyclone coming back is HUGE buff, it means druid / rogue will still rule because of cyclone into sap.
