Hallow's End is going live today and the event received a couple of interesting upgrades ...


Masks are now sold by vendors
The masks required for A Mask for All Occasions are now sold by a vendor, it will obviously make the achievement considerably easier now that all you need to get a mask is 2 x Tricky Treat



Headless Horseman Loot
Like every year, the Headless Horseman is getting upgraded cataclysm-level loot!

Feline Familiar, Creepy Crate and Little Wickerman
The new Feline Familiar companion pet and Little Wickerman are available from vendors for 150 x Tricky Treat each!

It also seems that a new quest chain is available in Stormwind/Orgrimmar Inns, completing it will reward you with a nice Creepy Crate!

    havnt been in the game yet just saw the pictures----ty for the mask vendor, the use for the tricky treats ( so long bag space hehehe) the fun items, and im curious about the little area outside sw with the npc's and stuff

    not gonna lie though when i saw the screenshot of the wickerman out in front of sw gates my first thought was 'please tell me the forsaken invaded sw' xD

    yeah, i know that u wanted the continuity though looking forward to it all!

    cant wait to get (crosses fingers) my halloween sword and maybe (crosses toes) mah horse!

    that cat and crate are sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet ^.^

    Those masks have been in the game files since 2009. They added them into the PTR build AFTER the build where the worgen and goblin masks got leaked.

    The female ogre mask was just made out of a drawing from the RPG, IIRC.

    Much like Brewfest, the rings drop from Boss and the sword/helm/mount drop from the bag.

    2 classes actually, you forgot about Hunters. Granted the Agi on the sword is lacking that makes it a bad choice, but it is a choice.

    Weird, you checked outside SW? (assuming your alliance if your horde I can only assume outside orgrimmar?) right outside the gates, there are NPC's and vendors and a huge burning wickerman.
