No, we don't. At least, I'm not a clone, I don't know about you.

Plus, we don't all have the same exact set of walking, running, flying (?), etc animations.

We'll have a Sunwell/Ruby Sanctum intermediate before MoP. With that being said, the next expansion is looking to be released next Fall, assuming my sources are correct, which usually they are. The bosses on the other hand for Dragon Soul could use some adjusting, but I'm still happy with them if comparing to ex-raids.

Reused models have been going on for years and some of us have grown use to it. Morchok's skin is fine. I like it a lot. Zon, Yor, and Hagara need a model update from what they are. They need to be slightly unique for a raid like this. Ultra looks okay, but better up close. Blackhorn is good. Not feeling Deathwing 1.0, but excited to see how everything turns out in 2.0.

ya i never cared too much if theyre were reskins but now it seems ridiculous

Kalecgos = reskinned drake
Brutallus = reskinned Magtheridon
Felmyst = reskinned Netherdrake
Eredar Twins = reskinned Drenai
M'uru = reskinned Naaru
Kil'jaeden = reskinned Archimonde/reskinned Drenai

Poor Sunwell Plateau, I feel bad for its lack of original models and lack of awesome.

So much for "new" and "updated" boss models...3 dragon skins - 2 horde race skins - 2 boss skins from Cata dungeons and ONE new thing that I can't pinpoint what it is. Don't they keep telling us that they don't make a lot of "fluff" items and that they don't update character models and make leveling gear look better because they want to give us new boss models and whatnot? Awesome.

Its clear by these charts that it sucks to queue as a pure dps.

IIRC, KJ was Rags skeleton with Eredar skin and Warlock T6 wings added. Also, thanks for reminding me, I forgot Felmyst actually used Sapphiron's skeleton.

Thanks for the corrections, but still...SWP had less bosses, was gated, and had the same amount of re-skins as Dragonsoul...yet it gets a free pass at being an awesome raid yet DS doesn't? I love double standards.

in my opinion bosses were never as good designed as nowadays in regards of mechanics.

back in the days almost every boss was a boss for lets say one role , while the other to could stand there and play one-handed.

since cata every boss involves almost every person in the raid to do something, even if its moving constantly.

It gives for more variety. Thats exaclty what is lacking in Cata. Cata is 1 year old in 2 weeks. How many tiers ? 2 so far with very limited amount of bosses. PPL bored to death of the game and are leaving atm for SWTOR beta and later release. Blizzard can not win this anymore since they are not even trying.

Both of the new Deathwing encounters have new Deathwing models.

No time to make new textures/models for almost ANY of the content in the expansion, yet plenty of time to make completely new models to be put in the pet shop for $15 a pop. Bob the 3d modeler didn't make a new model for Ultra-mega-power-ranger-green-xion because he was too busy making content that could be sold for extra $$$ on top of the expansion's cost which is extra $$ in itself to pay for an MMO, which by it's nature your subscription fee is supposed to support not only the servers but new content and updates as well.

Bend over fanboys, MoP is gonna be the last big cash-grab blizz does on you.

Eredar Twins have completely different models than standard draenei, much like Sylvanas has a different model than standard elves.
M'uru is indeed a reskinned Naaru; all Naaru use the same model.
Kil'jaeden is a completely unique model and is not based on Archimonde at all.

By comparison, every single one of these bosses is a reskin with the exception of Deathwing, who has a unique model that has been in the game since the expansion's launch. There are no new models here.

Brutallus a totally different model than...Eredar Twins had a different mod...KJ completely unique...yeah, I'm not biting on to this one. Seems people will go to extreme lengths to defend nostalgia.

I did, and I have a good memory of the fights anyway. Brutallus and Mag are the same model with as many tweaks as there is on Ultraxion when compared to Valiona. Eredar twins are larger female Drenai with different facial and leg hair textures. See my previous post describing KJ.

I was expecting a lot more from an end of the expansion raid. Just compare this to all the unique models in BT, and ICC and it's very clear that Blizzard is getting more and more lazy. What's the end raid in MoP going to look like? Are the bosses goign to be red hogger, blue hogger, green hogger, and black hogger? -_-

So can someone recommend a computer build that is the most expensive but ALSO utilizes as much of the technology as possible in modern games (not including WoW since it's not modern). Basically a little-to-no overkill machine riding the line so I'm getting the best available performance while also getting the full bang for my buck.

If you take the unicorn build and take a better card you going to get the best you can get pratically, not going up to those component that are extreme and overkill. I prefer gainward video cards.
