We appreciate that everyone who signed up for the Annual Pass is genuinely excited about seeing the new content and helping us test it for release. We definitely want to get all Annual Pass holders into the beta test as soon as humanly (and technologically) possible.

To do so, we need to make sure that our new systems remain stable as we add players. If we let everyone in at the exact same time, we risk damaging the stability of the service, and then no one would be able to play. We can’t let everyone in at the same time; however, all Annual Pass holders will be invited before any opt-ins.

We’re in the process of sending 100,000 invites to Annual Pass holders, and we recommend keeping an eye on your email and Battle.net account for an invite to come explore Pandaria.

Rest assured that we WILL get all of our Annual Pass holders into the beta test. Thank you for the passion and support you’ve shown for the game, and please be patient with us as we continue driving hard toward finishing up Mists of Pandaria and getting it into your hands as quickly as possible.

    I just have a statement to make regarding this; rather than telling us that they have some appreciation for our continued support (Hell, I support PBS. What is support other than money?), perhaps they should just come out and say that the Beta invites for AP run exactly like the Beta invites for every other beta they do. I.E. Totally random.

    I keep seeing posts from players that have had (supposedly) active accounts since the game launched that haven't gotten invites (I am one of these) and then I see people without AP's and who just bought Cata getting into it. I see AP Holders with 3 years experience who just got an AP 3 months ago getting in, while I see Day One's still not in.

    I don't Care, it is just very obvious that its totally random and not based on how long you have played WoW at all. It's like we are all Red Jelly Beans in a Jar full of various colors. Every now and then they reach in and get a Red Jelly Bean.

    We know we are in there, we can see the color, we just can't do anything to speed up our being taken out of the jar -- Jelly Beans can't speak.

    I know what you mean. Im also starting to get mixed feelings about this tbh

    I agree but a majority of people don't see it that way ( the people who got beta and just think they earned/ deserve it)

    Blizzard is just too scared to admit it.

    No email yet, however, when I log into my battle.net account I now see the selection for MoP and can character copy, or choose a premade character...

    /drool

    And I'm stuck at work for the rest of the day.... (EST here, so the day just started)

    It shows up under summary, as a separate game sorta. If you're in, you can't really miss it.

    Except it has happened and I do know some personally. I get the news type sites that got in early, my brother helps run that wowpedia site, but I know some that are normal players, not the hardcore raiding guilds either, that got in randomly with the first wave(s)...

    I wonder how many people that are QQ'ing about still not getting in realise they are just most likely a bit unlucky. if theres around a million AP holders then the 100,000 released today means around 1/10 people will have got in. theres loot that has worse drop rates then that!
