  • The base healing of Chi Torpedo has been increased, but it now scales less efficiently with attack power.
  • Keg Smash now deals progressively less damage when it strikes more than 5 targets.

Priest (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator)
  • Rapture now returns mana equal to 200% of the Priest's total Spirit (was 150%).
  • The shield generated by Divine Aegis now absorbs 50% of the amount healed (was 30%).

Heart of Fear
  • The Raid Finder version of Garalon is now tuned more appropriately for Raid Finder groups. His health has been significantly reduced, and Furious Swipe now deals significantly less damage.
  • Wind Lord Mel'jarak's health has been reduced slightly in the 10 player normal mode version of this encounter.
  • The Sha of Fear's Ominous Cackle will no longer sometimes send players to the same platform twice in a row.
  • Grand Empress Shek'zeer will no longer become confused about what phase of the battle she's in.
  • Imperial Vizier Zor'lok
    • Visions of Demise now inflicts damage immediately once cast.
    • The Imperial Vizier can no longer be attacked until all the foes in the Oratorium are slain.
    • Zealous Bug will no longer spawn in the Raid Finder version of this encounter.
  • Amber-Shaper Un'sok
    • Volatile Amber pools will now properly eject more bolts of Volatile Amber in the 25 player versions of this encounter.
    • The health of Amber-Shaper Un'sok, Living Amber, and Amber Monstrosities has been increased in Heroic mode.
    • The Amber Explosion cast by transformed players now does the correct amount of damage when striking more than 10 targets.
Mogu'shan Vaults
  • Elegon's Total Annihilation will no longer penetrate immunity effects in the normal mode version of this encounter.

Bug Fixes
  • Wiping on Imperial Vizier Zor'lok or defeating the enemies preceding him in the Oratorium will no longer sometimes cause players to become raid locked to the Heart of Fear.
  • Tooltips for Crystallized Dread, Crystallized Horror, and Crystallized Terror have been updated.
  • The speed increase provided by the Druid ability Stampeding Roar no longer stacks with the speed increases provided by Cat Form or Travel Form.
  • Battleground speed power ups will no longer sometimes incorrectly stack with player movement speed increases.
  • Mana Tea channeling will no longer sometimes be interrupted when friendly players consume the Monk's Healing Spheres.

    I'd love to get the kitten (and the other Blizzard Store pets for that matter) but unfortunately as someone living in the US with an EU WoW account i can't (the EU Blizzard store doesn't take the type of credit card i have). >.> Its nice that 100% of the profits will go to charity though.

    Aren't there other options? I don't know what EU accepts, but don't they have things like Paypal and such?

    Hopefully the donation money wil be used to help the poor people in the caribbean countries rather than the rich people in the US.

    And let me guess, itll help the people in the us. No thanks. You people have enough money to help yourselves. Ratner help haiti and the like who actually have trouble recovering from this.
    But with the ego of the us, its now "boohoo us got hit so hard please ignore everyone else"

    if you don't want to buy it don't buy it. If you want to donate to haiti or cuba or other caribbean countries go to the red cross page for those countries and do so, but stop trolling.

    American? Assumed as much. I will probably buy the pet anway, but after the drive is over. Just tired of america going like they are the only damn victims. Even though the damage was minimal compared to others.

    I rather donate to my local redcross that actually do help those in greatest need, the Caribian and not only those affected in the richest country in the world USA.
    Why on earth are you asking us to to only help that country who that has the biggest potential to recover fastest and that was mild damages?

    Pathetic Blizzard, a slap in the face on those poor people who already had it rough to start with before hurricane Sandy, like on Haiti

    Rich people in the US? The US is except for its mere size in a position equal to Greece. Yea sure, a few people are vvery weathy, but the country as a whole is pretty damn broke.

    The only Caribbean country to really get hit by Sandy was Haiti. Cuba the Dominican Republic and Bahama's suffered some damage, but noting incredibly serious. And I don't mean to trash Haiti, but over the last 2 year they have received a MOUNTAIN of aid from the international community (including the US). Also,the damage estimates and death toll in the US far out pace all of damage and death caused in the Caribbean combined (Yes, I did pull that from Wikipedia, don't shoot me).

    Bottom line, the US was by far hit the hardest. I'm not saying other countries don't need help, I'm really not. But to insinuate that the US doesn't deserve a slice of that pie is just plain wrong.
