Warlords of Draenor - Creeping Carpet and Dustmane Direwolf
Today we are taking a look at two of the mounts you can craft in Warlords of Draenor, the Creeping Carpet and Dustmane Direwolf.

The Creeping Carpet can be crafted by tailors. It requires 100 x Hexweave Cloth, which is a daily cooldown that makes 10 per day at max Tailoring skill. The Tailoring Emporium can help to produce additional cloth. It also requires 20 x Sorcerous Air.

The Riding Harness works in a similar way, requiring 100 x Burnished Leather and 20 x Sorcerous Air.

Raid Progress on The Armory

Did I miss something or is that Creeping Carpet mount just a Flying Carpet recolor? I was expecting it to gallop or something.

Disappointed with the Creeping Carpet; a new model would be nice.

    But wow, a leatherworking mount!

Uhhhh... am I the only one that watched that animated video and didn't even crack a smile? Was that supposed to be funny? I certainly couldn't tell, that's for sure.

As someone who went OCD and liked to play it like a minigame of sorts to try and get all the bars on the bottom of my armory green I was pissed when it was removed. Glad to see it will be coming back.

Someone getting 'more love' as you put it doesn't really affect you in a negative way so try to be a nicer person, will take you a long way in life.

that creeping carpet has an awesome design. Don't see how a flat carpet can have a "new model" except for a different skin but yeah i agree it doesn't exactly scream "creeping" much though.

Maybe if the corner balls were skeletal corpse hands or skulls it would.

The effort they put into that behind the scenes look of the Lords of War could of been put into something to explain how Garry escaped jail, or something.

    Could have*

Is an entire novel not enough to explain this like?

No doubt, but I don't pay a sub to read books to explain what's going on in the game I'm playing.

Yeah, kinda like it is on fast forward. The older wolves have a longer, slower gait.

Plus the book is shitty. And it's well know that crap literature shortens our lifespan.

Hmm, Metzen mentioned how the Lords of War videos made us want to bring the orcs to justice, but in a way I kinda feel sorry for them as well :S

Not sure which book you read, I thought War Crimes was excellent, as is the norm for Golden's novels.
