Upcoming EU Currency Adjustments, Shop Discounts Coming in Beta, Skin Spotlight: Great-father Winter Rehgar

Armory Stats - Player Achievement Points Distribution
The holidays continue, so today we are taking a look at the achievement points distribution of Level 90 (end of Mists of Pandaria) and Level 100 players. There are 3.7 million characters and 2.6 million accounts that make up this sample. Keep in mind data collection started recently, so there may be some characters that we haven't come across yet.

The number of characters in Mists of Pandaria was scaled down to make the comparison between the two easier. The number of EU characters was also scaled down to make the comparison between the two easier.

CurrencySorter Addon
One small annoyance in Warlords of Draenor is the default currency window ordering. The CurrencySorter addon allows you to sort categories so that you can finally have the Warlords of Draenor category on top.

3D Printed Frostmourne
Kirby Downey recently shared a 3D printed version of Frostmourne along with some in progress shots and construction / design details. You can even download and print your own Frostmourne!

The sword can be assembled without any glue and has joints that are visible so you can see how it fits together.

I don't believe it's an entire sample of everyone that is playing. Im in US and sitting at 23210 and I know there is about 30 people there in the US instead of 7.

yeah it is and with modeling tools like greenstuff even the gaps could be filled so it would look more real.

I highly doubt that. Manufacturing firms are geared up to deal with economies of scale and mass demand. I doubt a company that, let's say, makes hundreds of millions of aluminium cans a year, or a company that takes enormous bulk-orders for custom designs, gears up huge factory-floor scale machinery and has the power to not only keep costs low and maintain the equipment, but also has contracted distribution networks and advertising agencies...

...would feel remotely threatened that Jeff has a small 3D printer in his basement that he uses to produce the occasional thing. Even if you take an absolutely ridiculous and unrealistic scenario, and say that everyone owned a 3D printer and made cans to sell to coca-cola. Since we'd be buying in lower quantities, and due to economies of scale, our overhead would be a lot higher than a big firm that orders their materials in bulk. It's simply not economical to make more numerous smaller shipments to multiple smaller households or workshops, when you can make larger shipments to a much lower number of centralized factories. For it to be profitable to 3D printer owners, they'd consequently have to charge more per can. Why would Coca-Cola then buy cans at a premium price per can from us, when they could continue buying cans at a pittance from big factories? Not to mention the more people doing this, the harder it is to advertise and thus the more expensive advertising is.

If anything the big companies can pull 3D printing off far, far more efficiently than home-dwellers or hobbyists can. Rather than feeling threatened by the technology, they put it to far better use than home-dwellers ever could.

This is why I would love a 3D printer. I could only imagine the possibility, the amount of replicas that I could make. First I would start off with Warhammer 40k: Bolter pistol and chain sword. Then go to Starwars and created my own Light saber. Then of course there is World of Warcraft. How awesome would it be to rock around with a Gorehowl or Ashkandi. of course there are draws backs but still I can see the potential.

Theres 3-D printed turbos, which are better than the mass produced ones just because you can throw in so much custom detail that matches the vehicles needs.

3D printing is rich kids toys for the being.

These 3D Printers are amazing, would be cool to make more legendaries like the Warlgaives, or Sulfuron Hammer

So I went looking for greener pastures and moved to WoWI. Now, Curse may have gotten better again in the last half-dozen or so years that I haven't hosted addons on their site, but I haven't really had a reason to go back.
(Talking purely about downloading here, never have created an addon myself) When I first found out about WoWInterface I used it over Curse/WoWAce every time I could. But ever since I came back to WoW during Mists, Curse seems to have its addons updated way more often than the stuff on WoWI. At least for the addons I use. Probably has to do with the authors uploading there more often than the other sites, but nothing I can do about that. I still refuse to use the Curse manager since I like installing addons by hand, but I still have to use Curse over the other sites. Anyways, I got your addon instead of the one linked here.

Another annoyance is that we have the ability to collapse sections within that window, but it only lasts until you logout or reload your UI. Why give us that option if we need to reset it again, and again, and again?

The addon fixes that too with the latest update.
