It was explicitly specified on the french promo page that the first tickets will come with those transmog, 1 day later it was out of stock and they switched to the current offer with the game licence only.

Think of it this way, the transmog items invite people who already play the game to watch the movie and the free game and account invite people who have already watched the film to play the game.

like I said, from reading his original reply, I got an impression that before they made them log in rewards, and remembering that promo site in French posted some time ago, that they WERE awarded in form of redeemable codes for a limited time in a specific location.

Better check again...cause I do remember way back another promo that Canada couldn't get but all the United States could and other countries could get it but not Canada....each country has its own laws on getting free promo stuff like this or being able to enter into sweepstakes that give away free stuff.

The base game has indeed been upgraded to WoD, had 2 old accounts that were mists level, now they are both WoD editions.

I live in germany frankfurt there isnt any cinema with the promotion lol, good thing the transmog items are a reward for logging in only.

Not that i want another copy of a game i already own but why no UK? One of the biggest countries for gaming and movies and we get left out....

i really wish we got a mount or pet. i play unholy dk so unless the weapons are cosmetic i cant use either

It often has to do with the law, for example RaF and Scroll of ressurection promotion was forbidden in Serbia. Had to change my account country to germany in order to access these features. Why wouldnt blizzard allow us to do the promotions when it means more money for them right?

The Alliance stuff looks much better, like REPRESENTING! The Horde stuff doesn't even show the Horde logo, looks like some leveling gear.

The axe, however, while a pretty and majestic axe, doesn't scream "Rare Horde promotional item!!!1!" to me. Sure, there's some red in it; But in my opinion, that alone does not make it "Horde".
