Build of the MonthDemonic Inquisition is an encounter in the Tomb of Sargeras raid in World of Warcraft. Our strategy guide will help you to defeat the Demonic Inquisition encounter and the loot listing below contains all of the loot they drop on each difficulty.

Positioning
- Atrigan needs to be tanked facing away from any DPS or healers.
- Belac does not require tanking, as he is a caster that will not move.
- Bosses should be separated.
- Ranged DPS and healers should loosely spread throughout the room.
- Melee should move back and forth between each boss, based on the current abilities.
Strategies by Role

- Avoid Unbearable Torment by using Confess, your extra action button, to reduce your Torment.
- Confess teleports you inside Belac’s fel prison, where you'll gain Remnants of Hope that reduce your Torment.
DPS
- Avoid attacking Atrigan during Bone Saw. During this time, switch to Belac.
- Avoid attacking Belac during Fel Squall. During this time, switch to Atrigan.
- Spread out once Echoing Anguish is applied.
- Establish an interrupt rotation to prevent Belac from casting Pangs of Guilt.
Healers
- Delay the dispelling of Echoing Anguish to allow players time to spread.
- Dispelling will cause Anguished Outburst to deal damage to players within 8 yards and give 10 Torment.
Tanks
- During Bone Saw, kite Atrigan away from raid.
- Once the main tank has high Torment, the off tank will need to taunt Atrigan so the main tank can Confess.

Anticipating the arrival of mortal forces invading the Tomb of Sargeras, Kil'jaeden has called on his best captors, Atrigan and Belac, to lock down the interlopers and prevent them from using the Pillars to advance deeper into the dungeon.- Overview - Atrigan and Belac share health. Both Atrigan and Belac's abilities all inflict Torment. Reaching full Torment results in Unbearable Torment.
Damage Dealers - - Confess when at full Torment to collect Remnants of Hope from Belac's cage and alleviate Unbearable Torment.
- Avoid attacking Atrigan and Belac during Bone Saw and Fel Squall respectively, so you don't incur additional Torment.
Healers - - Confess when at full Torment to collect Remnants of Hope from Belac's cage and alleviate Unbearable Torment.
- Stagger dispelling Echoing Anguish so as not to inflict the raid to too many instances of Anguished Outburst at once.
Tanks - - Confess when at full Torment to collect Remnants of Hope from Belac's cage and alleviate Unbearable Torment.
- Coordinate with the other tank so only one has to Confess at a time.
- Avoid attacking Atrigan and Belac during Bone Saw and Fel Squall respectively, so you don't incur additional Torment.
Torment - Torment increases when attacks and abilities from Atrigan and Belac strike players. Players that reach full Torment are afflicted with Unbearable Torment and must Confess in order to remove the effect.
- Unbearable Torment - The inquisition has broken you. All damage done is reduced by 20%, your chance to hit is reduced by 90% your healing done is reduced by 25%, and all damage taken is increased by 90%.
- Confess - You confess your actions against the Legion to the demonic inquisition and are transported into Belac's fel prison.
- Atrigan -
- Bone Scythe - Atrigan wields a Bone Scythe. All attacks made by Atrigan apply 2 Torment.
- Scythe Sweep - Atrigan swings his mighty Bone Scythe, inflicting 714,000 Physical damage and 20 Torment to all enemies in front of him.
- Calcified Quills - Causes a barrage of spikes to emerge from the ground in a cone towards a player. Players hit by a spike suffer 1,070,500 Physical damage and are knocked into the air.
- Bone Saw - Inflicts 714,000 Physical damage and 4 Torment to nearby enemies every 1 sec. Atrigan's movement speed is slowed by 75%. Attacking Atrigan during Bone Saw causes the attacker to gain Torment.
- Belac -
Pangs of Guilt - Belac hurls painful bolts of manifested guilt at his enemies, inflicting 1,650,000 Shadow damage to each target.
Echoing Anguish - Belac targets multiple players with phantasmal torture devices, which inflict 179,000 Shadow damage and 2 Torment every 1 sec for 12 sec. When this effect is removed, nearby players are struck by Anguished Outburst.
- Anguished Outburst - Tormenting energy bursts forth from the affected player, inflicting 1,785,000 Shadow damage and 10 Torment to players within 8 yards.
- Suffocating Dark - Shrouds a random player in suffocating darkness, inflicting 250,000 Shadow damage and 8 Torment every 1 sec, and slowing movement speed by 50%.
- Tormenting Burst - Tormenting energy explodes out from Belac, inflicting 1,425,000 Shadow damage and 8 Torment to all players.
- Fel Squall - Inflicts 714,000 Fire damage and 4 Torment to nearby enemies every 5 sec. Attacking Belac during Fel Squall causes the attacker to gain Torment.
- Tormented Soul - A massive soul has coalesced within Belac's cage, trapped and tormented for thousands of years. While on the surface it is no more than a mass of ill will and pain, remnants of hope from long-forgotten prisoners remain trapped inside.
- Tormented Eruption - Concentrated torment erupts from the prisoner, inflicting 607,000 Fire damage to enemies within 3 yards of each impact.
- Tormented Fragment - When prisoners escape Belac's cage these fragments of the Tormented Soul abscond alongside them.
- Harrowing Reconstitution - As the Tormented Fragments attempt to reform their thrashing increases in intensity. All damage done by all Tormented Fragments is increased by 15% whenever a new Fragment escapes Belac's cage.
- Explosive Anguish - Tormented Fragments violently release all their pent up torment and anguish upon death, inflicting 2,000,000 Shadow damage to all enemies within 10 yards.
