The token already got changed when it went to nearly 200k and seems to reach that point even quicker now... yes I know it's supply/demand but still..

Sub/services price via gold is still going up.

Services via gold are already over 100% more expensive on EU vs US, gold income in both games is 100% the same, US also got a better exchange rate as $15 can be divided by 3, and €13 can not.

Kinda baffled at some of these current prices and figured they would go down over time...

Euro worth less than it used to, since everything is converted in US dollars, they only make the same amount as they used to make when the Euro was worth more.

Which is and always was more than what the US pays. It's not enough that our token is always almost double.

    Seem fair imo...

    Ex of Character Transfer
    before : €20= 21.50US
    after: €25 = 26.95US

    price should be 25$ US.

Here in Canada, we pay in $US all the time. So sometime it's cheaper, sometime it's more expensive!

It's not like we're already subscribed to cover costs like that.. oh wait

There is no reason whatsoever that a "Premium Mount" should cost near the same as a AAA video game.

They explained their reasoning in the post.

Most of those services already had ridiculous prices, good thing I will never use them.

If the trend was to reverse and the Euro be worth more against the dollar, you can be guaranteed that you won't see a reversal in prices. The way of the world, we all lose!

Neither are you since you are using that as a justification for a roughly 5% increase in services and i say roughly since they aren't all going up by the same percentage, what tells us it has nothing to do with those things as actual reasoning behind it.

Should be free considering all these services do is pretty much copy/paste your character on to another server. Fucking disgraceful.

Fuck Blizzard, they are worse than EA now. They lost so many subs they have to up the price on this shit? I was happy as I thought they would make it cheaper... hell no. Never again...

lol, maybe you don't know but there has been next to no change in exchange rates over the last year, Especially since the rate has fluctuated up and down to both a detriment and a benefit of Blizzard.

As of dec 2016 their year over year inflation rate was 1.1%, last two months it was 1.8%.

Well i might not be a wharton business school graduate but i did stay at a holiday inn, that's some high level bullshit you are trying to push off there Alfador.

This is a money grab, nothing more

You are talking about automated work at this point with very little cost, and who's development and support have been repaid several times over.

So this is a money grab, nothing more.

So what the fuck are you doing on a primarily Blizzard fan site?

OT: This is fucked up. Those services are immensely overpriced since they no longer require actual labor and it's all automated.

I honestly expected them to reduce prices when I read the headline... Just wow
