Those changes were surely due to the fact that upper sucks ass on Tyrannical week.

Nerfs. Neat.

Now they need to nerf Lower Kara trashs.

Not complaining since Upper bosses did need nerfs, however, they were still 100X easier than any CoEN boss. Very odd that they'd nerf Upper and not nerf CoEN some more.

Pretty much. Since kara came out later they made everything harder, just like Cathedral, which obviously has not worked out in scaling with m+.

Why nerf Heroic?

CoEN is pretty doable after the recent nerfs.

Not on Tyrannical it's not. Meph still does an unbelievably high amount of damage with grevious + tyrannical + dark solitude. We won't see that wombo combo for several weeks, but that place is still pretty killer at high stones.

My point was, CoEN bosses were even harder than Upper Kara, yet they nerfed Upper and left CoEN alone. Thought that was odd.

Of course if you have a good grp you can still plow through there, but the bosses there are unarguably tougher than any other dungeon.

Pretty sure the stereotype a decade ago for the Horde was that they were the wife-beater wearing rednecks with trucks that would gang up irl if they found an alliance kid and send him to the hospital.

They would be sheathed right if the glaives swapped position, left hand glaive on the right on your back and vice versa. It's not really a problem they may want/care about fixing.
