Yeah, we agree that having racials on the GCD isn't feeling great. Having to press multiple buttons in a row that don't do anything but increase throughput isn't particularly engaging. While we can resolve that issue within the context of a spec's toolkit, racials (as well as on-use trinkets) add an extra layer on top of that. So, in an upcoming beta build (likely next week), we'll be taking racials and on-use trinkets back off of the GCD.

    Look from other side, if they'll keep removing stuff from GCD every few weeks people will be ultra hyped by the time BfA will launch. ;P

    It's not really though, and it makes sense. They've just literally had to put everything on the same playing field with the GCD and essentially go from scratch, determining what's fair and what's balanced. People are just pissed because it means they can't play like handicapped monkey's anymore pushing a few macros.

    for fury the GCD change is devastating. I can see how casters doesn't think the GCD change is a big deal, but with a fast paced spec like fury where you have so many short duration CDs it's just awfull to play on beta.

    i've played both alpha and beta and its useless change that just makes specs feel shit.

    They should just take everything off the GCD so people can macro every ability ever into one button, then the first to press it wins.
    That would make fun gameplay.
