Battle for Lordaeron Cutscenes
There are two cutscenes that play out during the Battle for Lordaeron Scenario. The second one is different depending on whether you are Alliance or Horde.
More similarities with Anduin and his real father Arthas, always nice to this theory being reinforced.
Jaina being a huge deus ex, using a bunch of powerful spells simultaneously, ignoring the fact that she's never been this powerful before or that this power could have helped out a lot in Legion. I mean if she can do all this, why'd she bounce on Varian when it came time retreating or fighting that Fel Reaver.
When will that stupid boy-king learn to put his money where his mouth is?! When will he ever learn that every time he talks with Sylvanas instead outright attacking, she is setting up trouble. Oh this is so frustrating to the point of a headache.
Hahaha, all the alliance 10 year olds crying on here about Sylvanas because they have no actual characters except bland old Anduin cryboy on their faction and standard angry wolf man (what a joke of a race the Worgen are). Hate away children. <3
No...it means they has their opinion....which is differentr than yours
I agree with them...very entertaining so far...these literary critics are laughable
Is it really that hard to get what an opinion is? People like and dislike things. Those are opinions. Blizzard's writing was never objectively good. It was ok. Now it's going into bad, illogical, predictable and therefor disappoiting.
Also, if you really like something, how are you bothered with people disliking it?
Also I did not say it's wrong he likes it. But them not expecting the events doesn't make the story unexpected as plenty people expected exactly that but rejected that as being far too expectable even for Blizzard.
Blizzard storytelling is flashy moments not really connected into a coherent world. I still as a Horde druid have much more reason to go with Saurfang than with Sylvanas' Horde.
If Blizzard wants a morally grey world they should read Overlord and learn how a proper epic story with complex characters is done in a fantasy setting.
Well unlike most people, it seems, i loved each video.
Seeing Sylvanas playing it all cool when facing off against a bunch of alliance leaders, and just having pure 'I don't give a F' attitude was awesome. I loved the banshee moment, but not as much as the BFA reveal trailer.
And on the flip side i liked how it showed how young Anduin is, and he is still learning (from mistakes it seems). But he's getting there.
Seeing Jaina return was great, as i would love to see her show her true power and go crazy. People commenting on her shooting the canons etc, could easily be other mages inside the ship doing that.
All i read on nearly every post is people complaining about the story or the direction it's going. Personally i love it, and Blizzard are very clever in their story telling. Clever enough to get people so angry about all of this, just to do a plot twist somewhere down the line that surprises everyone and makes them all do a 180.
Not saying her over arching goal went according to plan. Simply the SOL did, and that at best it can be considered a minor win for the Alliance. Also saying its impossible win how exactly? So far the Horde, regardless of original intentions , is winning this war. With a devastating victory in Kalimdor and a trap that did most of what it set out to do.
She's shattering her Horde into factions. She gave up one of her stronger persons because he "wanted" an honorable death? She which is it -- she respects honor or doesn't she? And the fact that she used blight which inherently goes against what orcs and tauren are comfortable with.
On the face she's winning but on the books, she's absolutely losing. She also lost her main city. Let me rephrase this: The person who started the war lost their own capital.
So far her only win is the world tree and a small town.
Saurfang is just as badly written as a character than anything else. If he wants to live for the horde and save the horde he should have went against Sylvanas instead of just giving himself up to Alliance. It is really stupid. MY HONOR, MY PRIDE, OH YEAH I CAN'T DO ANYTHING, I LITERALLY CAN'T TALK TO BAINE OR ANY OTHER LEADER LET'S JUST FUCKING FORGEIT MYSELF. xDDDD
Also Andy in really isn't a sanctimonious little shit. I don't particularly care for the Horde at the moment but I'll stick with them just to take that little rat's head.

The first part of your sentence was spot on. The second part completely ruined not only the first sentence, but your entire post. It shows you've got no clue what "objectively" means. Shame.

Why are people bothered by people liking it? Same logic. They're children who thinks their opinion is a fact. Old news on this forum.

I'm sure "plenty of people" expected it. There are also "plenty of people" who didn't. In the same way there were plenty of people who logged in when patch 8.0 hit and wondered why their itemlevel was reduced, spells were removed, etc.

Not sure if this is an opinion or something as another "fact".

You should work for Blizzard since you have such a good sense of the game, the storytelling of the game and also in general. You appear to be way above everyone else.
Just a TLDR: No one of you can say that a character is poorly written, or the story is bad. You can say that you think it is - but that doesn't make it so. It also doesn't mean it's the opposite - good. It comes down to personal opinion and there is absolutely no way for anyone to say if it's "objectively" good or bad.
I did and the alliance was as weakly displayed as now.
There was a scenario about Alliance invading Undercity, killing Puttress the one responsible for the plague and Varian was attacking the horde leadership when Jaina intervened.

Yes and it was still far from how patheticely weak the alliance displayed now.
I don't see Sylvanas winning anything. All she does is making the Alliance more angry. At some point even Anduin will hunt down the horde and kill them all. I think Sylvanas wants that. She wants as much war and dead as possible, raise them all and then become the

Her capital is orgimmar not UC.
The Horde is yet to splinter
I really dont see how she was meant to stop him. He stop following order and their in the middle of a battle
I'm dont condone her actions not gonna argue for her
Shes traded one city for another city while bleeding her opposition for more manpower
