Bursting Affix, Azerite Traits in Rated PvP, New Allied Races Not Unlocking Today

Wouldn’t tuning it Lower be part of balancing? Like in legion they just turned off stuff like trickets this isn’t quite the same.

They've should have done this at launch. I only hope it's the damage portion of the traits that are affected, not the mechanic-changing version, which doesn't stack anyway.

Just make them a fetaure of the next expansion. You've delayed them so long by now, a few extra months dont matter.

Balancing individual traits would be part of balancing. Putting a "50% sale" label on every trait is lazy and basically Blizzard's confession that they cannot and will not put any effort into fixing this feature for PvP (as expected). Expect further nerfs across the board when we get another ring.

I have no idea when the last trait nerf was but don’t they already balance them and this would just make them less impactful in PvP?

If Blizzard had feet, they'd be full of bullets.

They’re not delaying content when they’re sticking to their original plan though.

Traits were already nerfed in PvP (healing and shields, at least, gave significantly lower values in PvP)....

So is this ON TOP of them ALREADY being weaker? If so... thatd make a lot of the defensive ones almost worse than just not having them. Like.. am i going to get like a 700 damage shield from Resounding Protection now?

triats that got nerfed 50% 12 december at 8.1 realease getting nerfed again ? for example crushing assault and avenger's might

It's getting tiresome to have patches come out that don't include what should be coming out already...

I won't fret though, I'm sure they got access to the facts and figures on player participation etc. I can only speak for myself, and I think it's a bad idea to stretch content out into ".5"-crap when the big patches haven't been all that big...

Blizzard has a serious communication problem with letting us know, after the fact. Like players should play the game and be suddenly surprised by major mechanic changes. They should have posted notes. A change like this had to be discussed in some meeting, if not a few. There should be an announcement on Twitter, the forums, and whatnot letting players know of changes beforehand or at least as servers are coming back up from maintenance.

Well we're gonna just let you play them from the start because fuck trying to be a little bit consistent with the rest of the allied races on being just that, ALLIED RACES. Not to defend Blizzard, but the fact that Kultirans and Zandalari are coming out in 8.1.5, when they've said that for ages now should really only surprise the dumbest of all human beings. That said, having a date for that patch would be nice.

I don't even understand why this is posted as a part of a news. It's been known since Blizzcon back in November.
