  • Frost Blast While in Nazjatar or the Eternal Palace, your spells and abilities have a chance to dealing deal 0 Frost damage to your target, slowing them for until cancelled sec. Approximately 3 procs per minute. 6 sec. Approximately 1.5 procs per minute.
  • Frost Resistance Frost damage taken is reduced by 2% 3% while in Nazjatar and the Eternal Palace.
  • Item Upgrade Instant. Empower a Notorious Gladiator item with greater power, raising its item level to 0. Azerite empowered items will be raised to item level 0. Instant.
  • Rift Diver Swim like a Kelfin. Instant. 5 min cooldown. 15 sec cooldown.
  • Seabed Runner Your Speed is increased by 47 103 while in Nazjatar and the Eternal Palace.
  • Shadow Resistance Shadow damage taken is reduced by 2% 3% while in Nazjatar and the Eternal Palace.
  • Shiver Venom Your damaging abilities have a high chance to apply Shiver Venom to your target, dealing 0 Nature damage over 20 seconds, and stacking up to 5 times. 40 yd range. Approximately 5 procs per minute. 10 procs per minute.
  • Surging Flood (New) Unleash a wave that crashes into your target then returns to your original location, inflicting 0 Frost damage over 4 sec to enemies in its path. Catch the wave to reduce the cooldown of this ability by 30 sec. 40 yd range. Instant. 1.5 min cooldown.
  • Tidal Droplet While in Nazjatar or the Eternal Palace, your spells and abilities have a chance to send out droplets which heal allies or deal Frost damage to enemies. Approximately 5 procs per minute. 3 procs per minute.

    I just didn't bother replying to his/her 1st comment towards me. Clearly the Blue Tracker post is talking about the Classic Beta Client. Also known as "Beta & Stress Test: WoW Classic" ...

    of course, i said the same thing in discord when i saw the blue post.
    we had many people saying "oh hype i just got into beta/Maybe they are inviting more people to test AV!" then the blue post came out and first thing i said.

    It is more than spiteful. Mount Equipment starts at level 100. That means for the first 60 levels you have no waterwalking. After lvl 60 it doesn't matter because you can fly but they actually cucked leveling even more.
