Patch 8.2 - Experience Eliminated Aura
WarcraftSecrets pointed out that Patch 8.2 adds Experience Eliminated, which reduces XP from mobs and quests by 95% if anyone in the group has experience disabled. This was likely done to stop Level 110 characters from boosting players to 120 quickly.

Was my first thought but I don't think you can buy a level 120 boost. Feels like they are just mad no one wants to do their terrible leveling content.

Want me to see it put all the information in the same place.

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

but it's not Blizzard making all these posts.

    So my stance stands.

I don't want to derail the thread but that simply isn't true... borderlands is a really, really easy game.

which borderlands are you talking about? 1, 2 or pre-sequal? In 1 i would say your mostly correct. 2 your dead wrong on overpower levels, pre-sequal your mostly correct.

People complaining about the levelling experience (which does need work, but not for the reason being complained about). I have yet to play an MMO that is still fun and exciting the 3rd time through (want to feel blessed? Try FFXIV main story for the 2nd time, that is the meaning of painful)

So i don't really understand how anyone would "Enjoy" raiding, When it is like that.
Yeah, I can understand. Sorry you've had that experience. I'm by no means the most skilled player, but I instantly block 'skilled' players who treat anyone in such a manner, to save me getting them in LFG again.

Last night in my first Mythic we had one fail. A damage dealer abused the tank for not moving the enemies out of the AoE. 10 seconds and a few expletives later the tank has left. End outcome: Two angry players, and three others left hanging.

Hopefully the WoW community will mature again, although I fear it's getting less and less so.

    1) They wouldn't have made this possible to begin with if they saw it as an exploit. This is not the first expansion where players are selling boosts like this, so it's not like Blizurd wouldn't see this coming.
    2) If this was an exploit or an uninteded way to play the game they would've a) banned the players doing it and b) fixed this ages ago.

    You're wrong.

Link me to a single blue post which **isn't** a huge outrage with the waffle-stomping, mouth-breathing, unmoderated cesspool of the MMO-Champion community.

Leveling is fine. Dungeons are fine, and raids are fine.

Paid boosting is what ruined this game. So many fucking people boost now that the game stopped being worth playing. The retards don't even realize the redundancy in buying their WoW tokens to pay for boosting, for a game that has no bearing on absolutely anything.

They wanna sell the 120 boost that's coming soon, no other logical reason for such a change.

Blizz could say they are giving 10 million dollars to cancer research and people would flock to it to bitch about things like PR, why not more money, why cancer and not X topic.
It’s not just Blizzard encountering this.
It really seems like people just aren’t happy unless they complain anymore

Exploits are always unintended, so it’s never about “making it possible” in the first place. If you cared to read any of my past posts you’d see that I’ve said it’s clearly not the biggest/game breaking exploit and you’d read what an exploit actually is - using a lower level character to boost you from 110-120 in 2 hours is clearly not how levelling was intended, thus abusing that is an exploit. An exploit isn’t characterised whether it’s actionable or not, as that’s down to Blizzards discretion, but this is definitely an exploit of the XP disable system (hence why they’re fixing it). I honestly don’t care what view or angle some random person is going to come at me with, it’s an exploit. It’s cute how riled up people seemed to have gotten by my comments on it.

But when they do I vendor them and one of my Kriegs had like 6 Legendaries before he was 20, it was crazy. I don't know how you play but I play NVHM repeatedly moreso than TVHM or UVHM because I like shitty white gear upgrades making a big difference lol. Probably why I want classic.

and when they do they arnt even that strong..
    .
I don't know what's dropped for you, I had DPUH on one of my Kriegs and one of my Axtons until like 28 from level 9 and a bonus package until Wildlife Exploitation Preserve. Like I said I play NVHM a lot so the amount of legendaries I see is probably higher.

it feesl ike your just a fucking weirdo playing a game but not even actually playing it.

i bet you sell legendaries in diablo 3 too.
I've only ever played D3 out of the series, played it like 9 minutes and quit lol.

Levelling in this way isn’t how the developers intended, hence it’s an exploit. If they didn’t mind they wouldn’t have implemented this change, but they have. It’s an exploit to the levelling system and they changed it. Banging on about them not doing anything during Legion is pointless because this isn’t Legion, so whoever’s decision to not change anything then has either changed their mind on the matter or the person in that role has changed and has a different view. Regardless, levelling system exploit got changed, the end.
you are absolutely wrong. they knew it whole time, we knew it whole time... same thing stands for diablo 3. they know it is common thing to grab low lvl player and boost his lvl to max in no time clearing high lvl rifts... this has NOTHING to do with exploit. they knew, and they know, we are bypassing nothing. they have just assumed it is not good for them anymore, hence the change

let's list some examples of glitches and non glitches, shall we, so at least it’s easy to understand:

typicall glitch: climbing walls (vanilla) while reaching places that were unintended for reaching
stacking buffs/debuffs on your pet, dismissing it, then recal it at the right time to masacre anything, even in pvp arena

non glitch: boosting your friend by helping him through lvling process
