Didn't LoL have a huge problem with mobility creep making old character's kits invalid? Seems like the same is happening in HotS. She does look like she might be fun to play though.
Also what is up with that dislike ratio on that video on Youtube?

no more cloaken? dislike for original heroes? Not sure
Like...just a totally random character out of nowhere? That's really bizarre. Orphea was cool because she was set up a good while back as an original hero but this is just some random generic character from absolutely nowhere.
When the production rate of new characters is going to be extremely low, it's kinda hard to look at this and not get a little annoyed. It's a shame because her abilities actually look really cool, the character themself is just forgettable though.
Ignoring the fact that this yet another OC donut steel being added to a game where the entire premise is playing as classic Blizzard characters (and we STILL don't have Blackthorne as a playable character)...
All the promotional artwork for this character has her with the chainsword in her right hand yet the in-game model wields it in her left. I personally find that hilarious.
No point in being upset over a hero release, I guess. She atleast looks fun to play, even though I agree that it's another pretty mobile character, which the game doesn't really need. The main reason I'd really be salty over this is that once HotS goes, she'll never be used again. Compared to most othe characters who might pop up again in some way, shape or form. Unless we somehow get another Blizzardverse game, ofcourse.
I think the Nexus Original, bring them the opportunity to create unique heroes and save sets of abilities discarded because they dont fit any role.
They also use less resources because they dont need to invest researching for abilities to fit the hero. Lets say for example, that instead of Qhira we got Harrison Jones. Many abilities may have been ideal for Harrison Jones but you would convert him into the deadliest hunter and not into the relic explorer (according to WoW lore).
I'm mostly disappointed that even with the choice to use a Nexus original... they didn't even utilise any existing Nexus lore.
Like, the ENTIRE character has come out of nowhere, from a brand new "world" that hasn't been mentioned anywhere before. Orphea tied into the Raven Court lore, so that made sense. Qhira has no tie whatsoever to ANY part of established Blizzard/Nexus lore.
She is, essentially, a LoL character.
Her kit does look pretty solid though. I'm a fan of heroes being very mobile and sticky if they're melee and not ranged, and Qhira noticeably has a complete lack of wall hop. She can dash TO a wall but not OVER it like Genji/Hanzo
I can see her being a high-level pick based on the fact she has mobility, CC (TWO stuns) and an immunity on her E.
