Patch 8.2.5 PTR - Build 31521
Build 31521 will be deployed to the PTR realms soon. It mostly updates tooltips with hotfixes that have already been made.

The Recruit a Friend UI was updated with a preview of rewards, including an encrypted armor set.

    From wowhead,

    The latest 8.2.5 PTR build added data related to level 120 character boosts. However, this doesn't necessarily mean that boosts are going live in 8.2.5, as we've datamined items related to character boosts several patches before their implementation in past expansions.

    So who knows.

    Said armor are the tabard, waist, shoulders and helm of the Renowned Explorer set as seen in that little picture. It’s for RaF.

    As @Nevcairiel pointed out, that is from WoD. I imagine the change is to correct an issue caused by the patch 8.0 item level/stat squish.

    Great they are bringing it back. Overall, I think they are definitely improving the recruit a friend.

    That said, and entirely subjective, I don’t like the camel mount. Prolly my least favorite of the RAF mounts but that’s just subjective and others will love it and good for them!
