Spoiler alert, unless you want to be world first for the rep you don't have to grind it out.

Reputations need to be revamped. I don't know how, but it's the same thing every... single... time.

Was about to write how boring these factions sound but honestly I don't have any ideas what they could do to make reputation factions fun.

my lord, blizzard are so lazy with the new contents

    2 more grind boring reputation
reward being colored of already existed mount and pet
other rewards being boring, tabard etc..

reputation should be removed from the game for any other system less boring like...i dont know put some RPG questline and adventure in your MMORPG ?

Grinding rep has been a thing since vanilla, and not like there is really any other way of making gaining reputations interesting..

Yeah maybe an idea could be to not have faction reps in future expansions, and instead have some sort of character renown system as in other RP games. Could be fun?

Reputations are fine. You don't need any reputations. Some get benefits if you do level them though.

Recolored pets and mounts are fine because if they put unique pets or mounts behind them then you have a ton of complaining that intensifies.

Tabards are always a reward with a faction. It's like saying "Hey you are a part of us now, here you go" for hitting exalted. No, I don't think you should get them earlier so you can spam dungeon rep. I do, however, think that at exalted it should be a BoA tabard that you can use to farm rep on your alts (up to exalted).

How do the reps work? I barely played BFA but coming back and just mindlessly bombing crappy world quests for flying rep was so gd boring I unsubbed the second I got flying

I don't quite understand why people want dailies back when WQ's are essentially dailies just with a little more variation but at least wraths Tabard-rep system would get me running BFA dungeons I've only seen 1-2 times max and a sense of control over it rather than flying around a zone bashing 6 WQ's a day and every other quest in the world when I get the contract

Grindy patches like this are a sign of a mmo being past its prime. Even the blindest of fanboys cant deny that wow is past its peak by now.

By this time, our heroes should be well know by everyone on the entire planet and everyone should be paying us just to tag along instead of us doing mundane tasks to slowly gain their trust.

You do realize every patch, including Classic launch, has been grindy........right? So by that logic MMO's were past their prime before they started as they are all grindy in some way.

We get a Blue Eyes White Dragon, which is pretty sick, but where's my alpacas? I saw several colorations. I am not leaving 8.3 without an alpaca for my vulpera.

No it wasnt, especially not 4 new mundane rep grinds in 2 consecutive raid patches in addition to new temporary power up grinds like essences and azerite power.
The amount of chores and busy work is insane especially if you like to play alts on a high level now.

So yeah, grindy as fuck patch accelerated by grindy as fuck alt-unfriendly systems to boost activisions MAU definitely reeks of "past its prime"
