Nope. They've already said that there are no Nexus hero in development (at the time of the AMA in which they said it), and that the Raven Lord likely isn't becoming a playable one at all.

Raven Lord themed Event is what I would guess.

Could be as Egomaniac said... Event. But most likely a hero. I don't really follow it that much it's just the only vibes I get from it. Or worgen, but we got greymane... so Raven Lord is my guess still

This is the most likely.

All that is certain is that the Raven Lord will be involved somehow, my guess is either a comic with him having a strong presence, or an event centered around him
if it's an event, my guess would be Dark Nexus 2.0

The game is getting basically no content anymore and they spend their timing creating more shitty nexus heroes. Whoever is left on that team has no idea what they're doing.

Exactly. They have a million possible heroes from Warcraft, Starcraft and Diablo, all of them a million times better than anything they could pull from this "nexus".

I never understood this "nexus heroes" bullshit. They're already wasting people's time and patience with overwatch heroes when there's so many more SC, WC and Diablo heroes being asked for, now this. No wonder this game went to shit.

Really people, it's a teaser, they wouldn't outright show a picture of next hero if they wanted to tease us... I can't believe so many people got this impression, like wtf???

Whatever it is, it's not a Raven Lord as next hero.

My guess is either a Raven Lord related event (dark nexus 2.0?) or a hero related to orphea or Cain, likely someone who could be an ally to raven lord (Belial maybe?)

New nexus hero would be nice. I'm not afraid of new things.

You could have just given their abilities to a hero that people knew. But I guess a known Starcraft character is not an african jungle girl and not woke enough.
Its a moba with known Blizzard characters and using Overwatch heroes is already a stretch. Also they ruin the game.

They outright showed us a picture of Orphea and of Qhira for our teasers.

Plus Orphea was known already, we datamined her half a year before she showed up.

...Most people who play blizzard games nowadays will have exposure to probably... just overwatch characters. So they do make sense. I don't even play OW but enjoy playing Lucio, Dva in HotS.

My problem is with unknown heroes like Qhira whom we have absolutely no exposure to.

Orphea was fine because she was in the HotS comics for years before she even was datamined.
