    • Warlock
      • [With regional restarts] Soul Leech grants an absorb for 4% of damage dealt when engaged in combat with enemy players (down from 8%).
        • Developers’ note: Soul Leech will continue to have a cap of 10% of the Warlock's maximum health.
      • Destruction
        • [With regional restarts] The effectiveness of Flashpoint (Azerite Trait) has been reduced by 75% when engaged in combat with enemy players (was 50%).
  • Items and Rewards
    • [With regional restarts] The effectiveness of Lingering Psychic Shell has been reduced by 70% when engaged in combat with enemy players (was 50%).
  • Azerite Essences
    • [With regional restarts] The effectiveness of Vitality Conduit's health transfer has been reduced by 30% when engaged in combat with enemy players.
  • Corrupted Items
  • Developers’ note: These PvP specific changes are to reduce the number of long stalled out matches in high end Arena.

WoW Classic

  • Fixed an issue that caused the Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer buff to not apply to all players in Stormwind and Orgrimmar when the Head of Onyxia or Head of Nefarian has been turned in on their realm or its connected layers.

    instead of nerfing irrelevant shit that only makes affli even more made of thin paper than it already is, why not nerf destro mastery which is what really makes it insanely tanky?

    they have no idea wtf is going on in the game.

    they suposed to nerf AMPS and GUSH (coz its too game breaking currently)
    than irrelevant shit like that
    but maybe they will fix coruptions next day hopefully

    coz these changes dont prevent 0.5 bolts in pvp and 0.1 sec fears still which are most broken part about destro atm

    also 40% of dmg gush monkeys still rule the game too on par with destros

    Yes, they should nerf everything Warlock related. They should nerf Chaos Bolt, mastery, haste and all warlock traits and talents. That should keep Mages and Rogues comfortable in PvP with zero threats from everyone. Lets completely ignore the fact that Fire Mages are literally Affliction + Destruction baked into one supreme package. Oh and Rogues are Warriors/Demon Hunters/DKs baked into one class.

    I see Holinka applying what the cab drivers and delivery boys on twitch are telling him to once again.

    The one thing that people don't consider is how threatening a class has to be to literally everyone rlse in order for it to adequately threaten the Rogue/Mage meta that has existed since the inception of arena.

    The nerf is not to the shield itself before entering combat, it's to how fast the warlock can regenerate it with damage.

    And flashpoint is insanely broken, able to get the warlock up to 100% haste or more in PVP with expedient stacking. This change just tones it down a bit. Mastery isn't as great as you think it is for destruction in the grand scheme of things. Most top warlocks are stacking Versatility instead of Mastery because it's more defensive.

    just nerf the pvp talent from chaos bolt. put it down like you do it in SL: from 65% more dmg to 40% more dmg. that will be actually target the big and fast bolts..

    hahahahaha they probably never gna fix it just like they dont fix marks in arena (when used invis - mark falls off) and dont fix nameplate color falling off of a target u mcd and so on FOR FUCKING YEARS LOL

    Indeed, this dev team has no clue and does not play the game.

    If balance and even "fun" would be a thing, destro specific broken stuff would be nerfed and actually affliction buffed.

    Instead they nerfed affliction together with destro.

    Also people keep talking about GW, but what about haste corruptions x9 giving infinite haste baseline without modifiers added by items and talents?

    Its really broken as this improves not only burst and dmg/heals, but cc casts as well.

    i always thought that talent was stupid from it's inception. in fact, it was put into the game as a way to buff destro back then in a way that didn't affect PvE. they should stop being lazy and fix the pve/pvp balance instead of using these shitty talents.
    even at 10% it'd still be mandatory because havoc CB is largely irrelevant in arena.
