Sad to see Blizzard cave and make a change that 100% was not needed.

So what's up with the gold cost of reagents. Any consequences?

As an UH DK my pets don't work when I get grabbed so 99% of my damage is left on the ground while I helplessly soar upwards desperately slapping away with my 800 hit wet noodle attacks.

How was it 100% not needed? On multiple servers one faction or another would literally just camp that choke point all day long. It's the only exit aside from hearthing you have from the Maw so there should be some sort of safe way out. I'm all for warmode and world PvP but that got out of hand so quickly that it literally became unplayable in Warmode on some servers.

I'm a Warlock so I understand the pet disappearing but I personally never saw the problem. Maybe Destro burst is a lot higher?

PvE leeches could've just turned off WM for 5 seconds to take the portal to oribos if they didn't feel like grouping up and fighting back lmao

If only there was a way to opt out of warmode in any rest area, right? Get a bigger army and fight your way out. PvP solution for a PvP problem, but because the HORDE was the one crying, it got fixed. How dare they not be the ones camping.

Really wish they provided an explanation because most of those profession hotfixes have me scratching my head in confusion.

Warlock doesn't suffer from it as much since the pet damage % to player % is different. Unholy / Beast Mastery specs I can see having a problem. I know with my hunter it was basically spam Cobra Shot / Barbed Shot which cobra hits like a wet noodle.

Probably a lot higher. Unholy has a long build up having to apply festering wounds to pop with scourge strike to get runic power to be able to death coil. It just takes too long to ramp up so by the time you get your damage going it's already too late. Unholy is not a big hitter. It's a death by a thousand cuts kind of spec.

I'm not complaining about the system or saying that it's not fair that you can't turn warmode off. It is 100% griefing though IMO because you're blocking the only exit, and every death in the maw causes your character to lose a % of your stygia so camping players over and over who are literally just trying to leave the zone causing them to slowly bleed away their hard earned currency isn't an OK thing. Yes people can turn off warmode in the enclave, or you can form massive raid groups to counter raid them, but on small servers that isn't always likely to happen.

The area from the enclave to the portal out should've always been a safe spot because at rank 5 eye you'll have a lot of things trying to kill you outside of an area that should be safe, and World PvP camping just made the issue a lot more obvious that it needed to be looked at.

Well yes of course, pet damage is minor for destro, as demo for example I can't kill them either, imps, dogs and tyrant spawn on the ground so they deal no damage

*actually spends a few hundred thousand gold to craft cloth bracers to disenchant to sell at the start of an expansion* "i just know somethings going to drastically change in price to make me lose a lot of gold"

Crafted Shadowlands weapons and armor now yield less Soul Dust when disenchanted.
Thanks Blizzard. Just like I called this is the first expansion I actually had inscription and itll be the first expansion where the DMF trinkets actually suck.

Horde camp Alliance hub in Naz for a month: I sleep, turn off WM lol
Alliance camp Horde for 2 days: CAN'T BE HAVING THAT NOW CAN WE?

And these zug brains try to pretend they aren't the devs pet faction.

Survival is in no better place. Our damage is close to literal 0 when we are picked up by Winged as we have no way to regenerate Focus because pet is left on the ground.

    • Sanguine Depths

Decanter of Anima-Charged Winds will now have a chance to drop for Survival Hunters.

I've been farming this trinket every day as Survival just to see it hotfixed now TWO WEEKS INTO EXPANSION!?
I thought all this time that i had bad luck with it and haven't gave up.
