  • Bloodthirsty Vulpera no longer get lost on the return home to their camps after leaving the Arena.

Classes
  • Paladin
    • General
      • Punish the Guilty (Potency Conduit) damage has been reduced by 70%.

Creatures and NPCs
  • Valfir the Unrelenting has bolstered his defense, making oncoming attacks much less effective. Players that wish to take down the beast will first need to send anima to this location to unlock the key to Valfir's demise.
  • Valfir the Unrelenting will no longer wander quite so far from his spawn.

Dungeons and Raids
  • Sanguine Depths
    • General Kaal
      • After rescuing Essence of Z'rali and before the final fight, General Kaal now removes her Evasive Mantle upon entering combat to alleviate an issue if she is pulled to her next position in the gauntlet early.

Items and Rewards
  • [With regional restarts] Battle for Azeroth Emissary quests and Paragon caches will have their gold rewards reduced to 10% of their current value when Shadowlands Season 1 begins in each region.
  • The Engineering device Disposable Spectrophasic Reanimator is now disposed upon use.
  • Fixed an issue where Forgemaster’s Crate and the Tailoring items, Lace Draperies and Excuisitely Woven Rug, could not be opened.
  • Scorched Crypt Keys will no longer drop if you already have one in your inventory.

Professions
  • Fixed an issue where some professions were able to learn the recipe Novice Crafter’s Mark before Crafter’s Mark 1.

Quests
  • Covenant Campaign
    • “Prove Your Worth” can now be obtained after clearing quests from a full quest log.
  • Covenant Campaign
    • Players will now be able to complete the Ember Court unlock questline even while the World Quest "Tea Tales" is active. Affected players should seek out Tubbins in the Ember Ward to accept the quest "Formal Refreshments" to continue.
  • Oribos, the Eternal City
    • Highlord Bolvar Fordragon and Taelia Fordragon have leveled up on their listening skills and no longer talk over one another after the “A Glimpse into Darkness” quest cinematic has ended.
  • Bastion
    • Players who pass through Oribos, the Eternal City, and have an extra Broken Kyrian Flute in their bags that they cannot get rid of, should be taken care of thanks to an undisclosed Broker contact in the area.
  • Ardenweald
    • The location of Marasmius is now shown on the map for completing the daily quest “Glittering Gritty Goodness.”

The Maw: Eye of the Jailer
  • Daily and weekly quests within the Maw can no longer be held beyond the day or week in which they were picked up by the player.

Torghast
  • Flame Vents and Soul Emanation traps now trigger less frequently and have slightly larger areas of effect.
  • Rogue
    • Anima Powers
      • First Steps now correctly increases the damage of Subtlety’s Secret Technique (Talent).
  • Warrior
    • Anima Powers
      • New Anima Power: Notched Axe Head (Rare) – Gain the Victorious effect every 20 seconds, allowing the use of Victory Rush (or Impending Victory, when talented).
      • New Anima Power: Tarnished Medallion (Uncommon) – Berserker Rage restores 5% health instantly, and every 3 seconds.

World Quests
  • Nasho is now less distracted when rushing into the Forgotten Forge to stop Specialist Entra during the world quest “Forged in Secret.”
  • The teapot for “Tea Tales: Gubbins and Tubbins” is now easier to see.
  • Fixed an issue during the Bastion World Quest "Centurions, Assemble!" where the Steward Mechanic ability would fail to heal the player's chosen centurion.
  • Players should no longer be able to get into a state where they are unable to pick up dredgers in the "Dirty Job: Wood Work" and "Dirty Job: Demolition Detail" world quests.

WoW Classic
  • Pets will now automatically attack hostile enemies and players when set to Aggressive stance.
  • Addressed an issue where Damaged Necrotic Shards do not take damage from defeating Shadows of Doom.
  • Entering Naxxramas now places you on the lower platform, while the teleport to Sapphiron's Lair is triggered on the upper platform, allowing you to zone in and explore the 4 wings.
    • Developers’ note: The behavior of immediately teleporting players to Sapphiron's Lair upon re-entry to the raid following the defeat of the 4 wing-bosses, IS authentic, but we felt the inability to return and collect Frozen Runes that had been missed was punishing enough to warrant a change here. In keeping with the theme, however, there is still no escape from Frostwyrm Lair short of using your Hearthstone or teleporting. Naxxramas is, among other things, a prison, from which the damned find escape difficult.

    Why would they nerf Punish the Guilty? It's one of the two useful conduits for prot paladin...

    70% Nerf on our only good Potency conduit. That was after the 84% nerf on the other Potency Conduit.

    My ilvl 184 Punish the Guilty now sims worse than a ilvl 145 Ringing Clarity. Yay Blizz.

    That's why they removed Holy Powers from paladins... You cannot balance it blizzard. You ruined Holy Paladins due to "free instant" Word of Glory... Now you are going to ruin Prot Paladin damage due to high Healing. Prots are insane because they can store healing for big damages or fails, not for the single target damage and there is no way to fix this issue other than remove Holy Powers. They are going to nerfing paladin all content. With 10.0 alpha they gonna remove holy powers again.
    I was swap my covenant due to this covenant ( it's reminds me Cata Sacred Duty talent ) and now they killed it. Also i was going to make judgement legendary for this build. Now need to spaw Venthyr and play with hammer of wrath build.

    So glad I heard about the Paragon box nerf before it occurs. I was slacking in picking them up and had alot of gold in them.

    Are you fucking kidding me. 70%. 70%! 70% is not a nerf, that's saying "heh don't pick this talent". Which rather means "everyone was picking it so we have no clue how to balance shit so we'll just nerf it into the ground". What the fuck is WRONG with them.

    Yeah, it's not the nerf, it's basically a destruction. I had e legendary crafted for that and while I expected a nerf, this is "a bit" much. Oh well.

    Are you saying OP tank damage shouldn’t be nerfed and brought more in line with other tanks?

    It's almost as if a lot of the stuff that was removed was removed for a good reason (getting rid of slice and dice is another example). Now it's back under the guise of "muh unpruning need many buttons" but the good reasons for removing stuff years earlier are still the same.

    If you honestly think that one conduit was so OP it warrants a 70% nerf then I don't even know what to tell you.

    Well, considering that all the Prot Pallys are now acting like they are fucking worthless after the nerf, then yes, I would say it was OP.

    Problem is not about tuning excel sheets. Retri paladin got single and aoe damage with holy power, holy paladins got healing abilities for single and aoe. Prot has no option for defensive nor offensive. This conduit has really cool mechanic which allready got by retri and holy paladins. This was insanely good but they nerfed because they don't manage to holy power gain. While prot paladins got fully charge holy power bars, holy paladins lacks about it and there is no good talent/pvp talent about their new spender word of glory. They even forgot to add legendary about it before few weeks ago before launch of shadowlands.
    They were try to nerf holy power with adding casting time etc. Non works, due to that they removed. I am not like this, allready saw this before. They going to fail again. ( Sorry for bad english i hope i can explained myself correctly. (

    At least for once the nerf about paragon gold was announced in time.
    That prot paladin nerf is big ouch, though I was already using Ringing Clarity since it helps if you are Kyrian on a single target.

    The same could be said in reverse, removing abilities or universal class/spec flavour passives etc for the sake of "pruning" the game for the sake of ease is a terrible design implementation.

    Having less buttons to press for the sake of reducing a class or spec to half of what they used to be is also not compelling gameplay (more so for Legion and BFA but far more BFA then anything else).

    The revamps from Legion onwards has barely done anything justice in retrospect. The entire "class fantasy" argument is garbage at this point and has been since it's very inception.

    Nothing else to see here now do your anima dailies and enjoy them that is an order.
