Illidan was the only good novel imo because he made the legion seem like they should not weak and dumb and that was writen by William King a Black Library writer.

Also the whole anduin thing is kinda stupid to begin with. Whoop-di-doo, he can summon the light into the maw. That would work as plot point if we didn't run around the maw all the time ouselves and we would have been even more limited during our first stay, because it's alot less impressive when our characters can do the same without issue. Also the idea that he needs a weapon that also needs honing kinda implies he wants to topple someone big. The plot is already getting out of hand, because we now will reach for an even higher tier of being.. /sigh.

Is that supposed to be the player character or is that Voljin? Don’t forget he’s still running around free and we are still carrying his urn.

Since the other videos also had a hideous troll character, I figured that was supposed to be the player. Also mage t3 schoulders are certainly not voljin's usual style.

I didn’t really see the shoulders that well. Would make more sense of it being Vol’jin as I figure the player character would attempt to break Anduin out, whereas Vol’jin has been shown to be wandering freely and not tied to a specific plane in the SL.

That's...not what I meant. Maybe Sylvanas thinks this? But the Jailer only sees the Void as an obstacle towards Cosmic domination. He wants the entire WoW Cosmos to himself. That's it. Sylvanas is not getting a redemption arc though, I don't think. We already got Kerrigan in Legion, with Illidan. Look how that went.

I knew what you meant about the Jailor, he ain't thinking about any saving of the cosmos. What I mean is that he used the Burning Legion to pave the way for him, so he will use the Light now to do the same. Or what the hell did you mean if you don't mean this?

He needs Anduin as a vessel to leave the shadowlands, it is pretty obvious by now me thinks lol.

Someone explain to me how:
1) Arthas being redeemed = Good
2) Sylvanas being redeemed = Bad

Voljin can walk the shadowlands, but he can't just prance around in the maw either. He has some loa powers right now, not powers on the level of eternal ones.

Who is the current leader of the horde? Its kind of unclear personally from a story perspective.

It's been made clear that there is none. It's a council, so all the racial leaders that stayed behind are in charge.

That is exactly the reason it could be Anduin for his ability to use the light there. Or, in same scene, have a maw walker who can use relics of the first ones.

Edit: To clarify, the Jailor himself apparently cannot use that thing.
