as long the char is at or below the threshold of lvl20: yes. any char higher than that is not playable without sub and just cannot enter the game even.
for "all the stuff" clause: not all presents under the tree will be yours, but the pet and toy should be available and some, if you remain at lvl20.

unfortunately the little raptor is unique (shown as 1/1 collectible)
and selling is off the table, as everybody and their grandma will get their own raptor easily.

Well its off the table because you can't even cage it thus no selling.

Though just remember because everyone gets it now doesn't mean everyone will have it. There will always be returning players who miss out on it.

ok, "not cageable" is much more serious spanner in the gear.
and unless it reappears in future years in the presents under the tree like the snowman reindeer or little helper pet, it is once in a lifetime. bad idea Blizz !

not forget per say, i'm pretty sure most of this was datamined for the 8.3 patch, like the christmas pepe, but I think the patch ended up delayed a month, so we're getting stuff that was in the pipe a year ago.

yup, wonder how many people have the Spirit of competition pet for example.

I'm surprised they even gave something. Would have fit the theme of the expansion to just have a piece of coal in the "gifts".

So I just got the raptor and the toy without an active subscription (Create a new char and walk to Ironforge/Orgrimmar). In case someone was wondering if it was possible.

I have to laugh, is this the best they can do? attach a different model to a boomerang? That is the laziest god damn thing I have seen yet.

the Wreath-A-Rang is so much like the Foot Ball that its the exact same wording

Sounds like you might still have a present under the tree that you didn't pick up. There should be 6 total.

No, not once in a lifetime. Keep in mind that the Stolen Present (Rare variety for max lvls) has a decent chance to contain ANY past Christmas present.
