    Sure.
They buff every class by 10% after “nerf”ing the class that got to ride it out this far into the patch and proceeded to keep them on par going forward

This also feels like another read between the lines of 'this tier is going to last awhile'

I'm reading between the lines more like "future legendaries might not use soul aah at all, so there's no point capping".

Sounds more like you need a new pair of reading glasses and a tinfoil hat.

A much-needed change. In my opinion, it was all too easy to reach cap before having the gold and/or materials (or you're a scrooge like me, as @Simca can attest ). There's also the fact that patch 9.1.0 is still months away, and it just doesn't feel good to be unable to loot the main point of Torghast because you've reached a point of diminishing return.

Soul Ash costs will, of course, skyrocket as the expansion goes on.

Didn't they go out and say spend all soul ash and stygia because they will be obsolete when 9.1 hits? You'll farm a different currency to upgrade beyond rank 4 and you will have a different way of acquiring sockets and conduits?

Pvp-balance has always been an afterthought, they'll address it as if they didn't see coming once it's become a glaring issue.

Hmmmm, gonna be interesting to see this in pvp.

Soul Ash cap removed tooo late, fucking pathetic. I have missed many legendaries due to cap by now. I waited for 9.0.5 legendary tuning before crafting any new legendaries. If they removed the cap WAY earlier I could have every legendary I want by now.

    That doesn't make any sense.

I couldn't craft any extra legendaries prior to 9.0.5 due to not knowing which ones they will buff and how much. I didn't want to waste 50k-200k gold (for mail legendaries) + 5k Soul Ash for legendary that turns to be shit in 9.0.5 legendary tuning.
