If you think WoW is just coding, then you might need to play it a bit

But yes, in general modern software development requires face to fact contact to be efficient, without that the process slows down dramatically.

When you are trying to orginize an entire team you do.
artists, developers, coders, QA, animators, writers, directors, all of that is much harder virtual then phsyical.

I know IT has been one of the biggest things, when something goes wrong its no longer "guy comes over, everyone is using the same type of computer so he knows it in an out and can figure out whats wrong while you work on another computer"

Its "Either we can work through teamveiwer, but if cant run that, send it to a local repair place and we will reimburse you"

I am a man who needs hard facts and not here say and what if's. That is why I stopped watching people like him, Towellee, and others. They are pretty much doing their stuff for the click baits. I just didn't want to be a part of stuff like that.

Again I do agree with you on how the game is in trouble. People say the players are the fault. But I beg to differ. None of us had a decision on how loot was done when this expansion came out. I am more then positive that a lot of us did not want PvP to be the viable way to get loot, and I know for a fact that a lot of us did not want to run mythic +'s until our eyes bleed out. It is those kind of developer decisions that makes me wish their was a whole new team hired and this current one fired.
Oh they are in it for the clicks for sure. It is the business. I cannot say I *watch* it. But it does pop up from time to time on the suggestions and once in a while autoplays in a next video sort of thing. But at least they do say "I think" and do not present it as "it is" right? Of course we want facts but Blizzard is kind of blame for why people speculation so much. They have the facts. But they communicate so rancidly all people can do is assume and guess. I mean WoW itself has like a whole PR department that has produced like 15 paragraphs in about a 6 months time.

You are also right about it not being players fault. I mean.. they have like no control over the product in the end. I never really understood how it was anyone but Blizzards fault.

I like how the drones are now making up some timetable of anti-SL posters saying it will come out in October despite literally nobody saying that, and the patch is still on schedule for August which is still horrible.

Can't expect much else though, they don't have a lot of material to work with in defending Blizzard lately.

Yes that too, no I don't argue that he knows more than the people watching him. I just got sick of him saying it all the tame. Seemed pompous to me.

With the difference that by the time Tomb / EP launched said expansions already had 2,5 raid tiers out (Emerald Nightmare, Trial of Valor, Nighthold / Uldir, Battle of Dazzar'Alor, Crucible), meanwhile Shadowlands had 1. They're really taking is slooowly this time...

Almost like there is a global pandemic that has slowed production.

It literally does because you no longer have standardized work stations even if you are using a program to remote into your desktop at work your desktop at home can still have compatibility issues. It makes IT kind of a nightmare.

not if it contains raid, which we know 9.1 does ...
fastest was nighthold at roughly 4 months (i know, 7.1 was faster BUT raid was in 7.1.5 not 7.1)

Yeah, until they're basically ready with everything without telling players, that's the time window. Maybe start of June if they're fast. Don't think we'll see it live in a month, but who knows in the end.

I had the same with Illidan in BT.

Then I saw epics and oranges and forgot who we were fighting. Nice bow, oh tier chest.

Hmm, sorry, was it Xavius that was last boss in BT? Might have been Broxigar.

don't worry. They'll just scream that Towellie and Bellular were absolutely right, and Blizzard is doing this to cover up the fail that is Shadowlands or something. It's what blind fanboys of drama seeking channels do.
