Patch 9.1 PTR - Korthia Zone Preview
Korthia is a new zone added to the Maw in 9.1 where a bulk of the outdoor content will be taking place. It is relatively the size of Nazjatar, possibly a bit smaller. This is the city of secrets, with lots of architecture seen in Oribos.

Not very impressive, just another place that looks like everything else in the shadowlands.

Idk, very plain for some reason and yes been logging on the ptr twice now and I still hsve the same opinion.

At least I liked the whole Val kyr thing, but it was super short. Glad Odyn is around to give it bit more spice, but overral pretty boring stuff.

Great! More boring time gated maw content... Maybe some new wings for Boreghast aswell?

I've been disappointed by the zones of this expansion. They are not bad, but they are underwhelming, I much preferred Kul Tiras, Zandalar, Nazjatar. For all the faults BfA had, it remains unsurpassed in the Arts department.

    They said there would be.

Anyway, size of Najzatar huh? Bigger than I expected then.

    Yet another desolate shitty place.

imagine paying real-life money for not only this, but to play an expansion they released already and that you played already 10 years ago.

Yep, just another depressingly grim Broken Shore.

How could anyone bear to look at it for months on end?

I think it's important to remind ourselves that this is a .1 patch and adequate comparisons should refer to other .1 patches. Because it is a new zone people instinctively compare it to other zone patches like .2 and .3 patches, which makes this one feel underwhelming, but when comparing it to other .1 patches it's perfectly fine and even better than a lot of them.

The other .1 patches also didn't come out 7 months after the expansion's release, that's if the PTR goes perfectly.

There's one shot in there that looks like it's straight up taken from Ardenweald due to the Fae symbols and actual Fae in the picture.

It very much looks like a dark and dreary, Maw-like version of Ardenweald.

Did we even get a .5 in BFA?

was more island expeditions and a raid that you barely cleared on normal worth it?

Granted there's more similarities than just the trees. Imo they are a bit bankrupt in their design space. It's quite obvious no?

You called people sad and toxic for having a different opinion. The only toxic person up to that point was you. No one was screaming, and showing your dislike of something isn't vitriol. Get over your opinion and realize other people have the same right to express theirs.

Man for all you that wanted palette changes, nope. Grey blue and black for you. They did say it was connected to the maw, so anyone who cares in that way hopefully you get some left field afterlife to change things up next one or back to Azeroth.

It's pretty cool for a .1 patch, yes. But normally this late into an expansion people have way more than a very good .1 patch to enjoy.

If you aren't one of them, cool. More power to you. Enjoy yourself. But don't act surprised that others don't. Their perspective is equally valid.
