  • A new Transcribe Voice Chat string was added that likely takes advantage of the Text to Speech feature added in the previous build.
  • Players that complete a Mythic 20+ will receive an achievement that grants a teleport to the dungeon as a reward.
  • Battle for Azeroth Vicious Saddle Mounts have been added to the Combatant Mount Quartermasters in Orgrimmar and Stormwind.

  • Deathspike (New) Serrated Bone Spike has 2 additional charges and hits 2 additional nearby enemies.
  • Obedience (New) Flagellation now also increases your Versatility by 1%. Each combo point spent while Flagellation is active decreases it's cooldown by 1 sec.
  • Resounding Clarity (New) Echoing Reprimand now animacharges 4 combo points.
  • Splintered Elements (New) Normal: Each additional Lightning Bolt generated by Primordial Wave increases your Haste by 5% for 10 sec.   • Howling Blizzard When depleted of mana, Kel'Thuzad summons a blizzard that creates ice patches. Standing in an ice patch inflicts 90 Frost damage every 5 25 Frost damage every 1 sec.     It is also 8 hours, however their cd's did reset when you completed the dungeon.

    Rogues getting the damage increase from ToT back is huge! That's a 15% damage bonus for convoke, or Combustion. That is crazy!
