Mythic+ Season 2 introduces increased item levels for rewards and new mounts, along with a new dungeon affix: Tormented Servants of the Jailer. Shadowlands Season 1 to End on June 28 in NA (June 29 in EU)

While previous seasons have ended when realms were taken offline for maintenance, we’ve chosen to set this season to end a few hours earlier, at a time that should be more convenient for most players.

Shadowlands Season 2 will begin the week of July 6 with the weekly reset in each region.

Please note – the Shadowlands Season 1 PvP Illusion Sinful Flame won’t be available in Season 2, which will reward the new Unchained Fury Illusion. So if you’re close to the required 2100 rating, now’s the time to push!

I thought all the devs who cared about quality already left?

So why are you expecting quality from the blizzard of today?

we also have a new zone
and a tons of new things to play with like set bonuses, gems, torghast 2.0, etc.

Ah yes, a mega dungeon, raid, new zone, new M+ seasonal, pvp talents/rebalance, nope nothing at all. Why are you still here posting if the game is so bad, feel free to not post, and leave. Vote with your wallet/mouth.

Well, I did not expect it this month. Now I just hope it’s not filled with bugs.

Way before than a lot of people were speculating, still, about damn time, stop taking so long to release content you lazy fucks lol.

Honestly, at this point I gave up. I've always been "retail" first, but 9.0 lasted so long that I've been really enjoying TBCC. I might not switch back for a while. I will eventually, but for the moment I'm actually good in Classic. I'm sure TBC will get old and I'll return to retail, but I'll have more fun in TBC for a while.

Took them long enough. Almost time for .2 patches. Those who liked Shadowlands, should be happy now. Everyone else, welcome to Eorzea, Tamriel, or any other place that isn't Azeroth.

Why is the raid (normal/heroic) unlocked 1 week after the patch?

I jumped to try FF14. Loving it, the only down side I find is the massive RP some people go on with.

I will play 9.1 to follow on the main story, but I don´t see myself getting engaged. This is definitely a lackluster patch with barely any new content.

Too little too late. I'll keep my sub over at FF14 until I see genuine signs of improvement from Blizzard. We haven't had a truly good expansion since MOP, Legion had a lot of stupid designs but at least we got a truck load of content with that one.

It's like they cut the budget in half, fired half the devs, and told them to just fool the playerbase into thinking they are still getting quality. And the playerbase believes them...

Lol yah Def hard pass. They could deliver more contents but hey that's blizzactivision (White knight defenders). They don't fucking care about your enjoyments cuz they knew you would eat up anything and still continue to pretend to enjoy the game.

It doesn't reinvent the wheel. Everything wrong with SL is still wrong with it.

If you like story, you are going to love FFXIV. Even what looks boring now has massive payoff later.

What a crap expansion, this first major patch release took 7 to 8 months, well over 200+ days, which has to be a record.

And people will burn through this additional content pretty quick and be bored again with nothing to do after a couple months. Come September people will be asking when is 9.2 coming?

I don’t think 9.1 can save Sh!ttylands. Just scrap it after this and start on 10.0 and the next expansion. And for the love of God, don’t have any “Systems” in the next expansion.

i come back when the story is not complete trash, it will not be for this though no matter how amazing the content would be but it does not look like it's all that to be honest with a mega dungeon, a raid and a new daily island seeing how long it took for the patch to hit.

Great for those that still enjoy SL though.

well i can certainly say this came out of left field, latest ptr build wasn't marked as release and there was no end of pvp season warning
  1. Talrath's Avatar
Think they wanted to release it cuz of the half year earningsreport. Ive been unsubbed since bfa, but kept tabs on shadowlands through you tubers. Have to say that it's going to be buggy, but for the suits it won't happen. What I really don't understand is that why doesn't ion just say to the suits: the game isn't ready, I won't let it get published.
After all ion has worked for blizzard for a long time, so what if he gets fired, he can get a new job in 2 seconds cuz of his work at blizzard.

End of season warning comes two weeks before season end. Which would be this week.
