With the mastery. Baseline is 20%, IIRC. It's way better than our crappy older mastery though, I don't remember if it became our best secondary stat or one of the best.

Base is 20 as stated.
1% = 2.5
6 * 2.5 = 15

15 + 20 = 35.


So the Chaotic gems are now red only.. wait isn't that the reason why they nerfed prismatic Dragon eyes? you know, the "blah blah makes you reach the Meta bonus while ignoring other sockets blah blah blah we want you to use a few sockets of other color than your best stat blah blah" bullsh!t.

I just logged onto the PTR. Completely naked I had 8 mastery (which is base for all classes) that gave me 20% holy damage added to those abilities.
