These are the Amani Dragonhawk mount and the Nightsaber Cub companion on the current PTR. They are available from the TCG vendor in Booty Bay, Landro Longshot.
You need no promotional code to receive the mount or the companion. He will give them to you right away; they're listed under 'Twilight of the Dragons.'
From the top, the dragonhawk has no armor or other color variation. In that regard, he's just like the Red and Blue Dragonhawks given for Mountain O' Mounts, as opposed to the slightly armored Sunreaver Dragonhawk.

it is from the newest edition of the TCG. you can get it in Booty Bay with the usual PTR test codes: 1111 for the first entry, 2222 for the second etc.
