This is what millions of dollars gets you from Blizzard

Millions of dollars and they are still ripping off their own models like this.

You're going to have to be more specific here. What's the relevance in illustrating warlock and mage armor?

He wants you to look at the hood of both of the sets, Tier 13 uses the BASE hood of the warlock tier which isn't a big deal. It's just a BASE and nothing more. In a way it's sorta of a proto type.

Because the outline of a hood is a big deal? A fricken HOOD OUTLINE...NOTHING else is the same other the the outline outside the face.

oh now 2 mage sets have hoods! blizzard must just be lazy . . . . . .
    Seriously?
These sets only have base similarities which you would expect, theres only so many ways to change the armor. Next you'll be saying its being ripped off BECAUSE THE GLOVES HAVE FINGERS!!!!

The geometry of the hoods is similar. The artists copied and pasted some polygons to make their lives easier... so it's the end of the world and Blizzard is stealing our money

But really?. OP dude. you may aswell say, OMFG they are ripping off pants and shirts everytime they redesign something, because because because theres two sleeves and and and theres two places where you put your legs into the pants and and OH BLIZZARD, NOOOOOO!!!!.

    -_-

If you want to see "ripping off" see the new druid armor and notice how the texture is entirely based on rogue t10 and the helm is pretty much the rogue t10 helm with the 'eye' cut out.

I can handle the recolor of the Amani Warbear, but this? Oh, they have definitely lost a subscriber! /sarcasm

I don't think people appreciate how many models there are in the game. Inevitably, similarities will occur, even re-using some things.

If this really worries you that much, maybe you should take a break from WoW.

That bear was actually supposed to be the bear mob color, I have no clue why they tarnished it with pink but whatever haha. It's not a big surprise they use other sets to make well new sets off basing off from another; I don't see anything wrong with it.

Not to mention the set itself resembles druid T5 a little too much.

But the gloves DO have fingers! Blizzard specifically said that they hired more artists. Giving us models with HOODS and FINGERS after they've previously done so is just so god damn lazy!

For those that can't tell, that's sarcasm <3

Its just the outline of the hood. Not a big deal...

i bet the op was proclaiming the end of the world when they reused all the tiers and the same raid instance for tier 7. i wonder where the op was when they announced the new gladiator mounts for this xpac.

It's funny, it's only even noticeable if you're an angry OP that wants to find a chance to call Blizzard an evil/lazy company...
