Heroic shannox 25 man

Hello, im a goon tank who likes purps and gets shouted at...

Anywho we had problems with heroic shannox when we first started him (mainly the debuff dropping off both tanks) im pretty sure its the Off tanks fault becuase im the main tank on shannox and it cant possibly be my fault so we've pretty much stayed doing it that way even now when you don't really even need the debuff to drop off, so my raid leader said that he bets that no other guild does heroic shannox as retarded as we do becuase we're goons and generally fail.

Now i spent hours on this diagram becuase i keep forgetting to fraps it each reset

Now I tank shannox at the blue square and the off tank tanks the stupidly named dog on diamond, If my stacks aren't dropping off and i still have 10s or so left then i shout for us to switch which means i run down the right hand side of the raid and the off tank runs up the left so we switch tanking positions so that it gives us more than enough time for the debuff to drop off us both.

Now i would like to know if anyone else do this or have done this?

That statement alone tells me your a stuck up tank that isn't willing to read the encounter mechanics properly...
