Otherwise, you should cap your expertise and fix this:

1 empty glyph slot
1 unenchanted item
Engineering: 1 missing tinker

Your reforges are a mess too. You could run it through shadowcraft quickly for an easy setup to make things better.

It's somewhere, a mod is working on it, and I like my crit and there is no way for me to get rid of some of that hit till I get more gear :P

Three quickies:
-you could gem agi/hit on the blue sockets on your chest and legs, you'll be +-0 agility with the setbonuses but you'll end up with 40 more hit
-perhaps go with 26/23 expertise instead of 29/26, but I'm not absolutely sure about this as I haven't played combat in 4.2
-get that valor ring while you wait for the exalted one :P

Looks fairly good in general, Veliras. You're a little over expertise cap which you could probably get a little more from Unreforging the expertise on Widow's Kiss, that shhooulldd keep you over and get you some more beneficial stats back.

Sbtroll, I'm not going to rate you as that's absurd (haven't seen you play), but I do have some feedback:

I presume there's an issue with armory (gloves have a strange on use), but you're displayed with 22% hit. The idea is to get 8% hit (241 rating given your current 3/3 Precision), then 26 expertise (781 rating), then pour all the rest into haste then mastery. Your glyphs are way off. Get blade flurry, feign and tricks of the trade. This is clutch.
You only feigned once during Raggy encounter; do it before every single trap until healers are bored and he's on farm. Helps a lot.
Don't FoK as combat unless it's during KS with 5+ adds up (aka. Molten Seeds) and you're about to energy cap. Blade Flurrying Raggy even during seeds yields a higher output than trying to aoe.
Why the Garrote? You should never be in stealth as combat. Always open with SS.
Ditch Improved Sprint and get 2/2 Improved Recuperate. Healing for 6k/3sec is awesome, and there's no movement impairing effects in FL that you need to break.

I'm sure there's more, but it just seems like you need to sit down and read the combat rogue guide on ElitistJerks.com. That's probably the best advice I can give you.

For sub they are equal. And agi scales better with buffs so wins

Only thing I can find that should be changed is the backenchant to 65 crit, it outweights 22 agility for combat and assassination by a little, had u been subtlety it'd better with 22 agi.

Uhm, can't really find faults in your gear, kinda blinded by all the 391s. Is it a good idea to gem for 10 agi socket bonuses? I believe going for spellhitcap after you've reforged for haste is a good idea also, but it's minor at best, if you even can in t12 gear.

Talents are fine, I figure Imp. Sprint vs Throw spec. is a personal choice.
