Bouncy: reduces fall damage by half.
Inner peace: double rested XP.
Gourmand: +15 to cooking.
Epicurean: double stats to food buffs.

That's the new Monk class. Which indeed pandas can be. Pandas can also be mages.

And I don't really feel any of the proposed racials are overpowered. But I also expect them to change before 5.0 goes out.

MONKS the class will, Panda is a race. Pandas can be every class except Druid, DK, Pally and Warlock. I hope they revamp a few of the other racials but most likely not. I personally am going to roll Panda, looks so good!

MONKS will be tanks healers or melee dps. Our panda friends CAN be monks.
