I'm in a crisis... I really want to switch back to a 16:10 monitor.

An option is the 24" Dell Ultrasharp... but they only sell the new eIPS one with what looks to be not as good of a base. And at $500... it's pricey. If I'm dropping $500 why not just double up for the 30" Ultrasharp?

But then I would be going to a resolution where I would pretty well have to get a second 560Ti for SLi to run anything at *my* level of expectation...

...Then there's Samsung's new PLS screens, but... they don't look as functional as the Ultrasharps...

The extra resolution is so god damn good looking that you won't care that you have to turn AA down a notch or two.

Alright this is the LAST piece of PC-related shit I'll be buying for a while from now, and it was well worth the wait - Logitech USB Desktop Microphone. After a while spent calibrating settings, this thing sounds far better than my Gamecom's mic and I can finally trash (or sell) that huge lump of plastic/sponge.

hmmm that mic kinda look nice. I was thinking to find a higher-end replacement for my Koss UR20 but with a mic, and so far except Siberia V2 nothing meet the comfort requirements. However, if i could care less about mic in headphones, there are more options to choose from...

I am not buying the fact they have the single tower Noctua ranked higher than the NH-D14 for temperature...

The fan itself is mounted right side up: mister Taiwan simply put the faceplate on upside down. Regardless I did flip the faceplate to the correct orientation a while back..

Very impressive build, but, I have to ask... Why the Caviar Green's?

If it's because of the absolutely ridiculous price of higher quality drives, I completely understand. :-P

I kind of was scratching the edge of my budget with the 2x580's and the 2xSSD's, so I had to go for a relatively cheap RAID0 Solution :-P. Yeah...I know.

Christmas and Bonus are just around the Corner, though...getting something decent then, prolly the WD Caviar Black, SATA-3...(If it's any good!) But with the recent flooding of Thailand, HD Prices have become ridiculously high here. Paid like 89.- CHF for the Greens 2 months ago, and now they're at CHF 254.-!!

None ATM. System's relatively new (2 Months), and the last time I overclocked anything, it was a Celeron 300MHZ >.<. Yeah, I'm an old geezer...(36)

Kind of afraid to mess around with all that "new" fancy stuff...plus, I've been out of the IT-Industry and relevant experience for over 9 years now...Would love to receive some hints/websites, though, that point me in the right direction to OC the system and stress it. Not sure if the 850 PS would hold up, but...I think it just might.

Have just been running older 3D Games on it, nothing fancy like Crysis 2/Farcry and all that other "UGH NEED MOAR POWAH" stuff.
