PS: Why doesn't Worn Turtle Shell Shield have any stats? It's a blue item but I can't transmog to it because it lacks stats

The helm is the new PVP season helm, the rest of the armor is season...8 I think? The sword is from Ulduar, and the shield is from the chess event in Kara.

I need some help I'm wearing original Judgment(using T6 Halo until helm drops) but I can't find a good matching shield/sword for the life of me

Blade of Infamy might work well if it ever drops, but Windwalk makes all the weps look awful with the Set. Landslide look okay? might switch to that(due to set bonus for T13) anyways.

But I need shield help! or maybe a Sword/Shield Combo that will go alright w/ my T2. Thanks!
