    Talking

    Acer TimelineX 5820TG:
    Intel i5-460M 2533МГц
    4GB DDR
    ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650
    19" 4:3 Samsung SyncMaster 940N monitor
Logitech M500 mouse and my current crappy keyboard will be replaced by one of the Razer keyboards.

P.S. Ehem, and i probably will buy something weirdly powerful with two videocards, SSD and other stuff. Especially for Guild Wars 2.

I'm scared at the amount of intels I see here when I have an AMD... need to look other specs though, but I think it's a great computer even if it might not run GW2 on max settings, don't care about that anyway, medium is enough except player models, always have those on high in any games. And maybe buildings... but shadows and spell effects always go on low, spell effects for sure unless I can't see something at all.

    CPU: Intel Core i5 2500k @ 4.2ghz
    MB: Gigabyte Z68A-U3-D3 (or something)
    Memory: 8GB
    HDD: 500GB
    GPU: Sapphire HD 6870
PSU: generic 500W PSU which is starting to crap out on me

I'll be using my computer now and again. It's pretty old but it's got enough RAM and a decent enough card to run GW2 I expect. I never bother with super fancy settings on most games because they tend to make me feel icky or I end up getting motion sickness.

But for the most part, the new laptop I'm hoping to get at the end of the month will be my main GW2 source. I know it's a crime to run such an amazing game on a laptop but I travel a lot, so it can't be helped.

    How so?

Haha yeah, but mostly likely these setups will be somewhat of an overkill in my opinion. Depending on what settings you're going for, of course. But no one can say for sure.
