Yes. But it would take so much time, it would be ready long after release.

However, Im not encouraging private servers, just asking if its tecnically possible.

Sure it would be though it's unlikely that anyone has one that works. Also Private server topics are a bit of a taboo topic around here. Don't be surprised if this thread gets locked and you get an infraction or worse.
