There is a portal in Org/SW near all the other portals.

It also must be noted that this is the ONLY way to get to Tol Barad Peninsula. Even though it's on the map you cannot actually fly to-or-from there.

And don't worry about whomever has possession of it... the portal will always be open to the neutral-ground part.

OP: Note that you have to be level 85 to use the portal as well as to do the dailies.
