Whoever said the animation s aren't active for anyone but pandas was in error. All monk races I have tried use the monk stance/animations. The only thing that isn't a monk animation is one or two casts, and Jab which animates as regular melee. While fighting unarmed (fist weapon), you do not see this, and there is a glyph coming to make Jab always use unarmed looks. So, for the most part they are animated as monks now.

However, I must say I am quite envious of some of the pandaren animations for say, jumping

I do question how you think it doesn't do it justice, I feel that after spending quite a few hours on it in total that it ended up being something that I could be proud of. Then again you are entitled to your own opinion even if nearly every spell took 3/4 recordings per spell due to either the Tree (Holy crap that old Tree is annoying) or another player getting in the way.

The reasoning for the 'look' of low graphics I think could only be as a result of me slightly zooming in on the character in editing as I couldn't get the angles I wanted to in-game without having to use a cracked wow.exe to run some camera mods (I'm not breaking ToC to create a video for use on a community website). The note about missing abilities if you could name them I can create another video easily enough as I'm sure the only one I didn't name was Chi Burst which I did show after using Thunder Focus Tea.

What i said wasn't intended to be an insult towards the work of the video or its creator, merely to say that the animations and graphics in game are even better than what can be seen in the video.

I was more trying to compliment Blizzard's work rather than insult yours. My bad.

Anyway i think the video could have been better,by that i mean we actually see what the moves do to the target,just seeing the moves without the debuff or explanation is like showing a blind man a transexual porno,he thinks its a woman but we know different....

Also those bubble type spells will cause problems for anyone stood next to or stacking on the Monk as it will block out most of the view of anybody fighting the mob.....

We've been taking the situation extremely seriously from the start, and have done everything possible to verify how and in what circumstances these compromises are occurring. Despite the claims and theories being made, we have yet to find any situations in which a person's account was not compromised through traditional means of someone else logging into their account through the use of their password. It makes a very big statement --we have yet to investigate a compromise report in which an authenticator was attached beforehand --which I presume was removed after being challenged by their legal team. By itself the statement made me feel great about having an authenticator, but seeing it 'removed from source makes me worry just a little.

There will always be haters. I thought the video was very informative and did everything it should.

jab have a specific animation. At least for female pandas, there's the "normal melee" animation that is 2-3 attack animations .. and there's jab which is another one.

Also tiger palm is likely bugged for other races (or female humans), because it has a specific animation.

I hate to say it but I do not beleave blizzards statement on that. I've been playing WoW since 04 and never once been hacked. So your telling me it just happens to be that I get hacked the day after I get the D3 achievement for joining a random game? I cant even in my wildest dreams think that the timing was any better. I think blizzard made a mistake and isn't willing to give out info on it for fear others will take advantage of it. Hopefully they will fix it soon.

Heard there was some way to spoof session IDs of people you've been in games with, which would explain why authenticators don't stop it. Shrug, I'm safe enough if that's true, never saw the point of playing a game like D3 with strangers.

Did you read the blue post. There has not been a single case where someone has been hacked that way.

The problem goes back to months ago when everyone was so anxious to volunteer for the beta. Most of these people ´signed up´ for beta through and email link and the hackers have been just sitting on your accounts waiting for D3 to launch.

Again, read the last paragraph of the blue post. Not a single account with an authenticator has been investigated for being hacked... it was all those silly people who were so anxious to get into beta who gave their passwords through phishing.

Most likely for unique animations, since for example the effect for Wrath of Tarecgosa is exactly the same as for Temporal Lapse.
Just like pokemon.
