IE9 and IE10 are very good, however, until they add a cloud sync service like chrome, i doubt i'll use it, i reinstall and have way too many computers to deal with

To me the best browser is the one with a UI I can live with. I hate Chrome and IE's 'top tabs,' so I split my time between Safari and Firefox (actually Waterfox).

You'll be fine. As long as your PSU has two 6-pin cables.

I've never tried Waterfox, but I much prefer Pale Moon over Fx.

SP2500's ordered after a nightlong research into the crazy world of speakers.

    A few reasons:
    1) Studio monitors seem to be a fairly underground world, one that I've never tapped into and know little or nothing about. The more I read into it, the more reading I realize I need to do.
    2) Reviews. Reviews, feedback and more reviews. The fact is that the "plastic" category of speakers (i.e. Logitec, Creative, etc) is still widely more popular for PC use than bookshelf speakers. 3-4 different sites have given 9/10 reviews to SP2500's meanwhile I can't find anything on stuff like M-Audio BX5 or w/e. This obviously doesn't mean anything, the BX5's could sound leagues better than what Corsair or Logitech could cough up...but I can't VERIFY it.
    3) Requirements. I realized a lot of bookshelf speakers simply aren't intended to sit beside your monitors just 2-3 feet from your ears, the majority of them are gigantic monoliths that would blow my head off if I turned them up to the volumes they were intended for.
    4) Requirements (again). My requirements are a sturdy set of 2.1 speakers to do justice to my Xonar STX for music/movies/gaming. So when venturing into the world of studio speakers, I realize that for $200-300 I will only get me a barebones setup of 2 bookshelf speakers with no sub. Then I got scared more when reading into subwoofer pairing and crossovers.
    5) Brands. As always, being stuck in NZ limits me to very few brands.

I know that I probably didn't make the most informed decision and studio monitors may well deliver better quality for price than what I just bought. But you could say I've been bullied into the Corsairs by the sheer amount of information and opinion available on them. They are simply marketed and reviewed really well, they've been put under the spotlight : /

So you don't have any musical instrument stores around? Quite often they have a "pro audio" type of section that will have pro mics, studio monitors, headphones, and the like. We have Guitar Center and Sam Ash around here and Sam Ash is where I got my Samson 3A Media ONE studio monitors and my Shure SRH440s, after trying several headphones and studio monitors. For $100 though these studio monitors were just superb!

I realize your problem Xuvial, and I guess you could do kind of what I have done. I have this setup:

As you can see, there's a plethora of speakers, but I only run 2 channels through them - not 5.1. So 5.1 speakers... doing 2 channels - it is EXCELLENT actually, for music. Just more speakers to pump it all out.

The Samson 3A pair are in the "front out" port, with the Logitech Z2300 2.1 setup in the "side out" port or whatever it is called, and then the single Event TR5 studio monitor (easily the loudest and most powerful by a long shot) is in the "center or sub out." All setup to about equal each others' sound, this setup really rocks, for lack of a better term, and it sounds superb - I love it! ^_^

However I do plan to replace the Logitechs at some point and perhaps even the Samsons since they are so small, but this gets the job done.

You certainly don't need to get bloody 8" monsters like Cyanotical got. XD

Xuvial, the SP2500 are pretty good for being computer speakers. I'd even go so far and say that they are part of the top segment. The sub-woofer packs an immense punch and the speakers deliver acceptable sound throughout. I do think they should be 10-15% cheaper (to really cater towards their intended audience), but you still get a really good set of 2.1 computer speakers for your money.

Deltrus, your desk (read: mess) makes me cringe.

The music stores around here are all sporting monitors that very quickly skyrocket far outside my budget. Not much I could do.

Awww. None of the $100-200 sort of range? =/

I know your Corsair SP2500s range in $230 USD here, and my two Samson studio monitors were only $100 for the pair, so depending on how the prices swing over in NZ, you could definitely get something better than mine.

Personally I WISH they still made Event TR5s. This single one I have (other one died many years back) has absolutely gorgeous sound, it is crisp, clear, gets very loud, and the sound does no distort at all.

Geez, Deltrus' desk is a total disaster...

When I move, I'll finally have two monitors again! Problem is one of them will be my 32" TV...

Edit: BTW Deltrus... why are you incapable of holding a camera steady? >:[
