New undead racial - Touch of the Grave

Underwater Breathing seems to be replaced with

Touch of the Grave
Your attacks and damaging spells have a chance to drain the target, dealing 13,680 Shadow damage and healing you for the same amount.

I hope this doesn't exist/isn't implemented/will go away. That is just way too OP, to have a chance to heal yourself and deal damage when you do damage is just...no.

In true Blizzard fashion that new racial sounds pretty overpowered. I mean I can see this be a major point in PvP, dealing damage AND healing yourself? But we'll see how it's balanced and what kind of damage/healign you get from it.

If this are numbers of Level 85 this would be true; but i think this are level 90 numbers; so we don't know yet how strong it is and if this ability is scaling or is a fixed number.

Hmm I don't know, could be. They changed Bow/Gun specialisation too, to be expertise with ranged weapons.

Does it have an internal cooldown: 20% seems much, but with an ICD this is not soo high.

Yea, in PvE, anything with a proc chance, that doesn't require you to switch out a glyph or talent is amazing, and this, this will make EVERYONE play undead. All the hardcore guilds would go horde and get as many undead DPS as they could.
