found a ilvl 63 fist the other day with 99% crit dmg, slot and 800 life on hit. was at like 300 dmg tho :/

No, the whole idea is the RNG which will allow you to make a certain amount of gold on the AH in order to buy your upgrades from the AH, or the RMAH of course. Did I mention the point of the game is the AH?
