Kungen was 45 or something before he went to sleep. He wanted to stream for 40+ hours but he barely made it to 24. Heh.
I have no idea why would you rush to get to the highest level.
8, 5 and 4.
So much fun getting lost and not having a clue where to go.
I hope it stays like this for ages, it's what I loved about WoW. But these random world events just add to it even more.
We stopped searching for monsters under our beds when we realized that they were inside us.
Tell me something, my friend. You ever dance with the devil in the pale moonlight?
I never understood why people wanna level so fast. I understand you wanna level fast when there's a buckload of people already at the maximum level, but why would you wanna be the first one? Don't you need other people to do endgame stuff? Or isn't GW2 like that?
Statix will suffice.
For this game, with so many players I would like to level as fast as I could just so I can stay ahead of the main crowd of players, kinda like at the front of a wave. The wave behind you pushes you forward and gives you momentum and helps you instead of being a jumble of mess.
Kinda hard not too, the only story to follow right now is the personal story. Everything else is just getting into the area of a heart or group/world event and just doing whatever it says for exp/karama/money. But then again, I was just rushing to get to 30, I may slow it down but, I don't feel like I missed anything.

I'm lvl 8! World first? No? Awww..
I made it to level 11 in the first day. Did a few PvP tournaments aswell but still I enjoyed the levelling more without the feeling of needing to be max level to do anything.
People who are rushing to max level. I just /facepalm at them.
New game, new places, new NPCs, new stories. Yeah, it'll take some time before I reach max level. I consider you do the same!

Being high level also means having no one to group with for DEs as of right now.
lvl 10 ele,lvl 8 Warrior,lvl 5 thief.Not rushing this at all.Just exploring everything and doing every event.
OT though, I got a 15 Ele, 10 Ranger, 10 Warrior, 8 Guardian, 2 Necro, 2 Thief. Going to take it slow and just play and gather materials since i plan to level my Thief as my crafter.
I find myself so bore with each character I have only gotten two past seven.
Really, combat is such a bore. Everywhere I go its like a mini zergfest.

Your personal opinion, and you're entitled to it. But I feel that every MMO on the market is just the same in terms of being a Zergfest or 'Grab-everything-and-AOE-to-death'. There's only so many ways you can make combat different that do not make it feel clunky or frustrating while making it different.
At least until they develop a system that inputs our consciousness into a game itself that I believe every game has as a dream before they die.
im almost level 5 =/
I think the nature of combat is different for sure.. groups of people all killing the same mobs. But it works for me. There is something quite satisfying in laying down an AOE spell and seeing it change other peoples attacks. Or seeing a downed person and rushing over to res them, even if it puts your own life at risk by getting closer to the mob. And doing an escort quest with around 30 people will never get boring for me.
Compared to another game I shall not mention where you can easily go solo from 1 to a high level dying only a couple of times if you're unlucky.. I think the combat in this game is refreshingly not boring. It's fun to actually want other people around you in the world rather than seeing another player and thinking to yourself "Tag that mob and you die" or "Oh god hurry up with that escort quest so I can do it".
if you think getting to highest level asap is the way to do it, you've picked the wrong game
