Ranma 1/2 (Finished)
Fairy Tail (Ongoing)
Avatar: The last Airbender (finished)
Avatar: The legend of Korra (continues at the end of 2012-beginning of 2013)
Dragonball (Finished)
Dragonball Z (Finished)
Dragonball Hoshi (starts in 2013 but I don't know if it will be good as DB and DBZ yet)

If you like Accel World you should consider watching Sword Art Online. It's by the same guy and it's really good.

Naruto, Vampire Knight, Gurren Lagann, and Fruits Basket were all excellent.

I'll have to add another one to my list, and I'd probably consider this to be my new favorite. Legends of the galactic heroes, it's a not too well known, but it's a really amazing show. If you want a show with an impressive storyline about war and politics and discussions that are actually intelligent rather than just pretentious, this is a show you want to watch. It's pretty old, but i can not recommend it enough.

by far COWBOY BEBOP, but I also like old school Dragonball, some of DBZ, One Piece, X, Hellsing and since the last weeks also Naruto Shippuden. The Ninja War made a big difference and really got me to read the whole story.

For some reason I can't get into Anime that have a ton of episodes. My top three would have to be Elfen Lied, Angel Beats!, and Claymore.
