Unless I'm missing something, the Ceremonial Knife is worthless. 323.4 DPS is way too low to be worth anything. Not sure about the neck, it has pretty good crit and attack speed rolls, but low primary stats.

The helm is OK, somewhere between 1 and 3 million gold.
You can vendor the ring though, it's not worth more than 10k.

The helm is probably not worth as much as 2-3 million. Sockets make helms worth more now, but the stats aren't great. The life% is the only thing keeping it up. Probably won't get 1 million for it.

Few people bother to reply on questions about legendaries since they're so easy to price check. Just look up Strongarm Bracers, compare your significant rolls and check whether your random roll is one that buffs the value a lot. Your random roll is physical res which is actually useful but not nearly as good as all resistance which is the only actually valuable version of those.

The knockback chance is meaningless or even annoying for wizards and probably witch doctors as well so it's worth what a bracer with that crit, int and life is.

Nah, I was kidding, but it's worth a lot. I'd advise starting the bidding at 100 million and leave it with no buyout. Market will decide its worth. As for real money, no idea. Probably roughly whatever 100 million gold is worth in euros. I doubt any comparable amulets are on the RMAH

Sad thing about that amulet is the extremely low resistance and average damage; all the trifecta stats are excellent rolls number-wise, can probably sell it selling for 150~ mil or something like that.
